Wayne Ellington (non-COVID illness) is questionable for Monday’s game against the Cavaliers.

Ellington doesn’t offer much in the way of fantasy value when healthy, so his availability will not have an impact.

Peyton Watson amassed 22 points (9-of-17 FGs, 3-of-3 FTs), six rebounds, two assists, one block and one three-pointer in Wednesday’s win over the Wizards.

Watson’s point total has increased in each of his first four games as a Cavalier, and he notched his first 20-point game with the team on Wednesday. He took the second-most shots on the team, behind James Harden, and scored 16 of his 22 points before halftime. Watson’s overall stat line was solid, and he has two more games this week, starting with the Hawks on Thursday.

Evan Mobley accumulated 24 points (8-of-12 FGs, 3-of-4 FTs), 12 rebounds, two assists and five three-pointers in Wednesday’s win over the Wizards.

For the first time since last December, Mobley has recorded at least three consecutive double-doubles. Against the Wizards, he established new season highs in points and rebounds. Mobley recorded no defensive stats on Wednesday, but he shot 5-of-6 from beyond the arc. Over the last two games, Mobley has gone 9-of-11 from deep, and he’s 12-of-18 for the season. Four games is a small sample, but Mobley spacing the floor better than in past seasons could be a game-changer for him and the Cavaliers.

Jordan Poole (ankle) will not return against the Nuggets on Wednesday.

Poole hurt himself on a transition layup attempt. If Poole were to miss some time, look for more minutes for Bennedict Mathurin and Herb Jones. Bryce McGowens could also get into the rotation as a backup guard.

Yanic Konan Niederhäuser (foot) will not travel with the Clippers for their upcoming two-game road trip.

Niederhäuser is working his way back from a Lisfranc injury that ended his rookie season in early March. He’s progressing in his recovery, and the team has decided he will stay home to continue that process rather than travel with the Clippers for road games on Friday and Sunday. Thus far, the Clippers have relied mainly on Isaiah Jackson and Brook Lopez at center, with rookie Baba Miller getting a few minutes as well.

Max Strus (foot) will remain in Los Angeles to continue his rehab instead of traveling with the Clippers for their upcoming road trip.

Strus, who injured his right foot in an early-October preseason game, is scheduled for re-evaluation in a week. Instead of traveling with the team for road games on Friday and Sunday, he’ll stay in Los Angeles to continue his rehab work. Given the timeline provided at the beginning of the month, Strus’ return to the court may not be far away.

Brandon Ingram (Achilles) will not travel with the Clippers for their upcoming road trip.

Following Wednesday’s home game against the Lakers, the Clippers will play their next two on the road. Ingram is progressing in his recovery from a partially torn Achilles, but he will remain in Los Angeles to continue his rehab.

Utah Jazz will start Keyonte George, Darryn Peterson, Josh Green, Ace Bailey, and Jaxson Hayes against the Spurs.

Josh Green will start in place of Lauri Markkanen tonight who is out with a wrist injury, and Jaxson Hayes will return to the starting lineup for the injured Jaren Jackson Jr. Green and Hayes can be used as streamers but neither will be factors in most redraft leagues. Look for Darryn and Ace to pick up the scoring in this game.

Jaxson Hayes (shoulder) is available for Wednesday’s game against the Spurs.

Hayes is back after sitting out Monday’s loss to the Grizzlies with a sore right shoulder. With Lauri Markkanen and Jaren Jackson Jr. out, he may start on Wednesday. Hayes isn’t the most reliable fantasy option, but the opportunity makes him worthy of a look in deep leagues.

Lauri Markkanen (wrist) is out for Wednesday’s game against the Spurs.

Markkanen is dealing with a sprained right wrist that he suffered Monday against the Grizzlies. Without Markkanen, Kyle Filipowski figures to see enough minutes to make him a worthwhile streamer.

Ajay Mitchell (ankle) is available for Wednesday’s game against the Mavericks.

Initially questionable for Wednesday’s game, Mitchell is now available. Because of Oklahoma City’s injuries, he should be rostered in most redraft leagues. Mitchell is coming off his first 30-point game in Monday’s win over the Suns.
