  • NOP Power Forward #1

The Pelicans will start Dyson Daniels, Jordan Hawkins, Brandon Ingram, Zion Williamson and Jonas Valanciunas against the Rockets on Friday.
Zion missed their last game due to the birth of his child, but he’ll be back in the lineup on Friday. That will push Jeremiah Robinson-Earl to the bench after he started in his debut for the team on Wednesday with Zion out. JRE isn’t worth streaming in standard leagues, though he should still play an important role in this game. Daniels draws another start with Herb Jones out for the second straight game.
  • GSW Guard #31

Seth Curry (adductor) is out for Thursday’s game against the Cavaliers.
Curry is out after logging 10 minutes off the bench in Wednesday’s loss to the Spurs. His absence will not affect fantasy basketball.
Analyzing meaning of Celtics blowing out Heat
The Dan Le Batard Show with Stugotz crew debates if "the Celtics are who the Heat thought they were," detailing what has gone wrong with Miami in recent seasons and outlining why Boston is such a dominant organization.
  • GSW Forward #15
Gui Santos (pelvis) is available for Thursday’s game against the Cavaliers.
Santos is available after not playing in Wednesday’s loss to the Spurs. While his return should bump Will Richard to the bench, the rookie is likely to remain in the rotation.
  • De’Anthony Melton (thumb) is available for Thursday’s game against the Cavaliers.
Melton is back after sitting out Wednesday’s loss to the Spurs. His return likely pushes LJ Cryer to the bench. However, the rookie guard may remain in the rotation since Seth Curry is out.
  • SAC Guard #0
Malik Monk (shoulder) is questionable for Friday’s game against the Pelicans.
After sitting out Sunday’s loss to the Nets, Monk played 29 minutes off the bench in Wednesday’s win over the Raptors. If he’s unable to play on Friday, those minutes will be divided among multiple players, including Devin Carter and Daeqwon Plowden.
  • OKC Guard #9
Alex Caruso (illness) is out for Thursday’s game against the Lakers.
According to Thunder head coach Mark Daigneault, Caruso wanted to give it a go, but he has since been ruled out. His absence does not significantly affect fantasy basketball, but it does free up a few more minutes for Cason Wallace, Ajay Mitchell and Jared McCain.
  • DET Forward #12
Tobias Harris (knee) is out for the remainder of Thursday’s game against the Timberwolves.
Harris played just six minutes before exiting Thursday’s game. Due to a left knee contusion suffered while converting a layup over Timberwolves center Rudy Gobert, the veteran forward is done for the night. More minutes will be available to Javonte Green and Ron Holland.
  • DET Forward #12
Tobias Harris (knee) is questionable to return to Thursday’s game against the Timberwolves.
Harris suffered a left knee contusion when converting a first-quarter layup over Timberwolves center Rudy Gobert. The veteran forward limped back to the locker room seconds later, with Javonte Green replacing him in the lineup.
  • TOR Forward #77
Jamison Battle (illness) is questionable for Friday’s game against the Grizzlies.
Battle has missed Toronto’s last three games due to illness. His absence has not affected fantasy basketball, as he is not guaranteed rotation minutes when available.
  • MEM Forward #67
Taj Gibson (foot) is doubtful for Friday’s game against the Raptors.
Gibson has missed Memphis’ last three games, and the doubtful tag means he’ll likely miss a fourth on Friday. The veteran forward/center is more valuable to the locker room than to fantasy basketball.
  • MEM Guard #24
Cam Spencer (back) and Ty Jerome (ankle) are out for Friday’s game against the Raptors.
While Spencer was in the Grizzlies’ starting lineup for Wednesday’s loss to the Knicks, Jerome has missed the team’s last six games, counting Friday’s matchup with the Raptors. Memphis will lean heavily on Javon Small and Walter Clayton Jr., with the former already in the starting lineup.
