Mikal Bridges played 38 minutes in Tuesday’s 115-103 win over Toronto, accounting for 22 points (9-of-17 FGs, 3-of-3 FTs), 10 rebounds, five assists, and one 3-pointer.
Bridges was solid on Tuesday, recording his second double-double in four games. While he didn’t record any defensive stats, that shouldn’t be a major concern for fantasy managers. Bridges was responsible for five turnovers, but that isn’t a number he approaches on a consistent basis. He’s providing top 50 per-game value in 9-cat formats, which isn’t disappointing, but Bridges did begin the season with a Yahoo ADP of 20. While he took the fantasy basketball world by storm after being traded to the Nets in February, opposing teams had to adjust to his new role on the fly, as did he. He’s now the first name on the scouting report, which has dented his fantasy value slightly, but not to the point where he’s unplayable. Bridges will be fine.
