  • DEN Point Guard #27

Jamal Murray (hamstring) is out for Wednesday’s game against the Kings.
No surprise here as Murray was listed as doubtful with right hamstring inflammation. The 28-year-old point guard is missing his sixth game in a row. Jalen Pickett started in his place Sunday, though it’s unclear if that will happen again after the Nuggets shook up the organization firing the coach and GM. Russell Westbrook would be the other option.
  • DEN Forward #21

Spencer Jones (ankle, illness) is available to play against the Pelicans on Tuesday.
Jones will be good to go after initially being listed as probable. With Christian Braun sidelined, Jones should remain a starter once again, though with the team getting healthier, he hasn’t been as productive lately.
DAL's Marshall 'worth adding' in fantasy leagues
Eric Samulski discusses Naji Marshall's recent success for the Dallas Mavericks and his outlook on the court with Anthony Davis and P.J. Washington out with injuries.
  • DEN Forward #32
Aaron Gordon (hamstring) is available to play against the Pelicans on Tuesday.
Gordon was initially probable for this game and has now officially been cleared. He returned to the starting lineup on Sunday and will likely remain in that role again. This is the first game of a back-to-back, so don’t be surprised if Gordon is sidelined on Wednesday against the Mavericks.
  • DEN Guard #27
Jamal Murray (ankle, illness) is available for Tuesday’s game against the Pelicans.
Murray is set to return after missing two games with a left ankle sprain and an illness. Jalen Pickett will return to the bench with the 28-year-old point guard back in the starting lineup.
  • DAL Forward-Center #3
ESPN’s Shams Charania reports Anthony Davis (hand) will not require surgery and will be re-evaluated in six weeks.
This is an update from a previous report from Charania that indicated that AD would likely undergo surgery and miss several months. Davis took to social media to say those reports were false, so it isn’t surprising that Charania provided an updated timeline. This will have Davis being re-evaluated in late February, which makes a trade far more likely. Until that happens (or doesn’t), Daniel Gafford should start at center.
  • CHI Forward #15
Julian Phillips (wrist) has been ruled out against the Rockets on Tuesday.
Phillips will be unavailable, but his role in the rotation has been minimal this season. Patrick Williams may see a few extra minutes with Phillips sidelined.
  • TOR Forward-Center #54
Sandro Mamukelashvili (illness) is questionable to play against the Pacers on Wednesday.
Mamu has been filling the backup center minutes behind Collin Murray-Boyles. If he is unavailable, Jonathan Mogbo should take on Mamu’s minutes, with CMB likely taking on a larger role than usual. Mogbo won’t play enough to be worth streaming in.
  • MIL Center-Forward #3
Myles Turner (illness) has been ruled out against the Timberwolves on Tuesday.
Turner will miss a game for the first time this season. Bobby Portis and Jericho Sims should fill out the center minutes, with Portis as the better options for fantasy managers. Sims should be able to provide some rebounds if he gets the minutes.
  • NYK Forward #28
Guerschon Yabusele (quad) is not on the injury report against the Kings on Wednesday.
Yabusele will be back after a two-game absence. However, when healthy, Yabusele’s role has been minimal this season. His return won’t impact the Knicks’ rotation.
  • UTA Forward-Center #42
Kevin Love (rest) has been ruled out against the Bulls on Wednesday.
Love will sit out the first leg of this back-to-back, which likely is to make sure he’s available against Dallas on Thursday. That likely means they’ll rest some players that play on Wednesday, such as Jusuf Nurkić. Kyle Filipowski should see extra minutes in both games.
  • BKN Forward #1
Ziaire Williams (illness) has been ruled out against the Pelicans on Wednesday.
This will be a fourth straight absence for Williams, and while he did start in his last appearance, the Nets’ starting lineup has been a revolving door. Danny Wolf and Jalen Wilson should see extra minutes with Williams still out.
