Wendell Carter Jr. logged 26 minutes in Tuesday’s win over the Hawks, tallying 19 points (8-of-12 FGs, 2-of-4 FTs), seven rebounds, two assists, two blocks and one three-pointer.
Carter was excellent on Tuesday, and the time off that comes with earning the seventh seed should benefit him. The Magic center rolled his right ankle during the first half and banged knees with a Hawks defender during the third quarter. The good news is that neither injury forced Carter out of Tuesday’s game immediately, and Orlando pulling away during the fourth quarter got him a little more time on the bench late. The Magic don’t play Boston in Game 1 of their first-round series until Sunday, which should help Carter regain strength.

Jrue Holiday totaled 12 points (5-of-11 FGs, 1-of-2 FTs), four rebounds, four assists, three steals and one three-pointer in Thursday’s win over the Hawks.
Holiday logged 21 minutes in his third game back from a calf injury. The veteran guard posted a balanced stat line in his limited minutes, contributing as a scorer, rebounder, and passer. And as expected, Holiday made several plays defensively to impact the game. His numbers should improve as his minutes increase, but for now, fantasy managers must be patient in his return from injury.
HLs: Simons, Celtics come back to take down Heat
Anfernee Simons scored 18 of his season-high 39 points in the fourth quarter, Jaylen Brown added 27 and the Boston Celtics trailed most of the night before rallying to stun the Miami Heat 119-114 at Kaseya Center.
  • NYK Forward-Guard #8
OG Anunoby tallied 25 points (10-of-20 FGs, 4-of-5 FTs), five rebounds, one assist, one steal and one three-pointer in Thursday’s loss to the Warriors.
  • NYK Center-Forward #32
Karl-Anthony Towns tallied 17 points (6-of-14 FGs, 3-of-4 FTs), 20 rebounds, two assists, one steal, one block and two three-pointers in Thursday’s loss to the Warriors.
  • NYK Guard-Forward #25
Mikal Bridges recorded 21 points (9-of-11 FGs), one rebound, three assists and three three-pointers in Thursday’s loss to the Warriors.
  • NYK Guard #2
Miles McBride amassed 25 points (9-of-16 FGs, 1-of-1 FTs), three rebounds, six assists and six three-pointers in Thursday’s loss to the Warriors.
  • POR Guard #17
Shaedon Sharpe amassed 24 points (8-of-15 FGs, 6-of-6 FTs), nine rebounds, five assists, two steals and two three-pointers in the win over the Hawks on Thursday.
Sharpe stuffed the stat sheet in Thursday’s convincing victory over the Hawks. The fourth-year guard scored pretty well both inside and outside the arc and was able to capitalize at the FT line when fouls were generated. He also made an impact as a facilitator and as a rebounder, leading to another strong fantasy performance. He’ll have a chance to secure another strong outing against the Lakers on Saturday.
  • Brandin Podziemski amassed 19 points (8-of-9 FGs, 1-of-2 FTs), five rebounds, two assists, two steals and two three-pointers in Thursday’s win over the Knicks.
  • GSW Guard #4
Moses Moody recorded 21 points (7-of-10 FGs), one rebound and seven three-pointers in Thursday’s win over the Knicks.
  • GSW Guard #30
Stephen Curry finished Thursday’s win over the Knicks with 27 points (10-of-17 FGs, 3-of-3 FTs), three rebounds, seven assists, one steal, one block and four three-pointers.
  • GSW Forward #10
Jimmy Butler III accounted for 32 points (14-of-22 FGs, 3-of-5 FTs), eight rebounds, four assists, two steals and one three-pointer in Thursday’s win over the Knicks.
After a slow start to the game, Butler and the Warriors grabbed control during the second and third quarters to take the victory. The 32 points were the most in a game for him in nearly two months, and his fifth 30-point game of the season. Butler’s category league value remains high, but Thursday’s performance was a reminder of what he’s capable of when aggressively hunting his shots.
