G/F Jahmai Mashack is headed to Golden State as part of the seven-team trade headlined by Kevin Durant.
Selected by the Rockets with the 59th overall pick in last month’s draft, Mashack was initially headed to Memphis via trade. Now he’s headed to Golden State as part of a trade that included an NBA-record seven teams. Given his reputation as a rugged defender and “glue guy,” Mashack will look to earn an opportunity with the Warriors, who could use a low-cost contributor due to their current salary cap situation.

Michael Porter Jr. erupted for a game-high 35 points (14-of-23 FG, 2-of-2 FTs), nine rebounds, three assists, two steals and one block over 33 minutes on Saturday, leading the Nets to a lopsided 119-101 win over the Pelicans.
Highlights: Pistons fourth-quarter rally beats POR
The Detroit Pistons scored 38 points in the final frame to narrowly defeat the Portland Trail Blazers in a high-scoring affair Friday night.
  • NOP Forward #25
Trey Murphy amassed a team-high 25 points (10-of-17 FGs, 1-of-2 FTs), five rebounds, five assists and two steals over 34 minutes in Saturday’s loss to the Nets.
  • BKN Center #33
Nic Claxton recorded 14 points (5-of-9 FGs, 4-of-6 FTs), 11 rebounds, 10 assists and three blocks over 29 minutes in Saturday’s win over the Pelicans.
  • BKN Center #20
Day’Ron Sharpe went off for 16 points (7-of-8 FGs, 2-of-3 FTs), three rebounds, three assists, one steal and one block over 18 minutes off the bench during Saturday’s win over the Pelicans.
  • DAL Forward #25
Ryan Nembhard, Cooper Flagg, Naji Marshall, P.J. Washington and Anthony Davis will start Saturday’s game against the Rockets.
Washington is back after a four-game absence, but his presence in the starting lineup does not come at Marshall’s expense. Instead, it will be Max Christie who heads to the bench after starting 21 consecutive games. While he will remain in the rotation, Christie’s already-low fantasy ceiling takes a hit with the change.
  • OKC Guard #11
Isaiah Joe (knee) is out for Sunday’s game against the Jazz.
Joe injured his left knee during the preseason, forcing him to miss the Thunder’s first five games of the regular season. Look for players like Ousmane Dieng and Chris Youngblood to absorb the minutes that would have gone to Joe, but neither is worth streaming in fantasy leagues.
  • OKC Guard #5
Luguentz Dort (adductor) is out for Sunday’s game against the Jazz.
Sunday’s game will be the third that Dort has missed with a strained right adductor. Ajay Mitchell will continue to start, but with Shai Gilgeous-Alexander also out, the Thunder will also need additional production from Cason Wallace and Aaron Wiggins.
  • OKC Guard #9
Alex Carsuso (quad) is out for Sunday’s game against the Jazz.
Caruso will miss a fourth straight game with a right quad contusion. His absence leaves additional minutes for Aaron Wiggins, who is worth picking up in deep leagues due to the Thunder also missing other rotation players.
  • SAC Center #42
Russell Westbrook, Zach LaVine, DeMar DeRozan, Keegan Murray and Maxime Raynaud will start Saturday’s game against the Heat.
Raynaud, who scored a season-high 25 points in Wednesday’s loss to the Rockets, will make his first career start in Miami. The second-round pick has outplayed Drew Eubanks, who was the initial replacement for the injured Domantas Sabonis. While this is a challenging matchup for Raynaud, he’s worth a look in deep leagues.
  • Shai Gilgeous-Alexander (elbow) is out for Sunday’s game against the Jazz.
With Sunday’s game being the last that Oklahoma City will play before Wednesday’s NBA Cup quarterfinal matchup with the Suns, Gilgeous-Alexander gets some extra time off. Ajay Mitchell, who has already been productive enough to merit being rostered in deeper leagues, will have 12-team league value for Sunday.
