Pacers signed James Wiseman to a 10-day contract.
Indiana release Gabe McGlothan from the 10-day deal he had signed on Dec. 16 to make space for Wiseman. Tony Bradley fractured his thumb on Thursday, which creates the need for Wiseman to return. He opened the year in Indiana before being waived just a few days into the regular season. He’ll provide depth behind Jay Huff and Isaiah Jackson for the foreseeable future.

Julius Randle (back) is available for Sunday’s game against the Nuggets.
Initially questionable for Sunday’s game with back spasms, Randle will be available to play. He’ll look to bounce back from his worst performance of the season, a four-point showing against the Clippers on Thursday in which he shot 1-of-10 from the field.
HLs: Jokic, Murray eruption not enough for DEN win
Nikola Jokic netted a triple double and Jamal Murray dropped 33 points for the Nuggets on the road against the Thunder, but the reigning champions held off the visiting three-headed monster that included Christian Braun.
  • POR Center #16
Yang Hansen (back) is questionable for Sunday’s game against the Hawks.
Hansen’s availability has not affected fantasy basketball, but there may be a few minutes available to him if he is cleared to play on Sunday. Robert Williams III (back) will not play, as Sunday’s game is Portland’s second in as many days.
  • POR Guard #91
Sidy Cissoko (illness) is questionable for Sunday’s game against the Hawks.
Cissoko was also questionable ahead of Saturday’s loss to the Hornets, going on to play seven minutes off the bench. If cleared, his workload may not change much, so there’s no need to slot Cissoko into fantasy lineups.
  • POR Center-Forward #35
Robert Williams III (knee) is out for Sunday’s game against the Hawks.
Sunday’s game is the second in as many days for the Trail Blazers, so Williams’ absence was expected. Yang Hansen (back) is questionable; he’ll likely play a few rotation minutes if cleared to play. He is not worth rostering in redraft leagues.
  • POR Forward #8
Deni Avdija (back) is out for Sunday’s game against the Hawks.
Sunday’s game will be the fourth that Avdija has missed with a lower back injury. Kris Murray has started the last three games and should hold onto that role for Portland’s final game of Week 18.
  • DAL Forward #21
The Mavericks have signed Tyler Smith to a two-way contract and waived Miles Kelly.
The 33rd overall pick of the Bucks in the 2024 draft, Smith is back in the NBA after appearing in 19 games for the G League’s Rio Grande Valley Vipers this season. Adding him to the roster gives Dallas a little more depth in the frontcourt, although this move is not likely to affect fantasy basketball. To free up a two-way slot for Smith, the Mavericks have waived Miles Kelly.
  • Thanasis Antetokounmpo (illness) is out for Sunday’s game against the Bulls.
Added to the Bucks’ injury report late Sunday morning, Antetokounmpo is officially out. His absence does not affect fantasy basketball, as Thanasis is rarely in the Bucks’ rotation.
  • ORL Guard #0
Anthony Black (quad) is questionable for Sunday’s game against the Pistons.
Black is a late addition to the Magic injury report, as he is dealing with a right quad contusion. If he’s unable to play, Jalen Suggs may return to the starting lineup after being used in a reserve role on Thursday. Suggs came off the bench in Orlando’s loss to the Rockets because it was his first game back from a back injury that sidelined him for three games.
  • BKN Center #33
Nic Claxton (thumb) is out for Sunday’s game against the Cavaliers.
A sprained right thumb will keep Claxton out for the Nets’ final game of Week 18. Day’Ron Sharpe has been the replacement in the starting lineup on previous days when Claxton was unavailable, and he is worth streaming as a spot starter.
  • Thanasis Antetokounmpo (illness) is questionable for Sunday’s game against the Bulls.
A late addition to the Bucks’ injury report, Thanasis’s availability does not affect fantasy basketball. He is not a consistent rotation player, so there’s no reason to roster him in fantasy leagues.
