Kevin Porter Jr. led the Bucks with 24 points (8-of-13 FGs), six rebounds, five assists, three steals and two three-pointers in a 111-94 win over the Pacers on Tuesday.
KPJ’s stellar season continued in this game. He scored exactly 24 points for a second straight game, but this time it was enough for Milwaukee to get a victory. He has only played 11 games this season, but he ranks in the top 10 in per-game value in nine-cat leagues. KPJ has thrived with Giannis Antetokounmpo sidelined, though it hasn’t been enough to keep Milwaukee afloat consistently. Still, it was enough in this game, and he’ll look to stay hot in Memphis on Friday.

Dominick Barlow (illness) is questionable to play against the Bulls on Friday.
Barlow is expected to suit up after initially being listed as questionable for this game. He missed Tuesday’s game, which allowed Jabari Walker to start in his place. With Barlow expected back, Walker will head back to the bench and lose the limited streaming appeal he had.
HLs: Jokic drops 56 in Nuggets' Christmas win
In a back-and-forth game, Nikola Jokic delivered big on Christmas night, dropping a 56-point triple double to give Denver the win over Minnesota in overtime.
  • PHI Guard #5
Quentin Grimes (illness) is probable to play against the Bulls on Friday.
Grimes is expected to suit up after missing Tuesday’s game against Brooklyn. Justin Edwards and Eric Gordon took on larger roles with Grimes unavailable, but they’ll both likely be pushed back out of the rotation with Grimes expected back.
  • PHI Guard #77
VJ Edgecombe (illness) is probable to play against the Bulls on Friday.
Edgecombe is expected to return after missing Tuesday’s game again Brooklyn. Jared McCain started in his stead, but with Edgecombe likely back, he’ll return to the bench. Quentin Grimes (illness) is now probable as well, so McCain will lose most of the streaming value he held.
  • NOP Guard #3
Jordan Poole (ankle) is probable to play against the Suns on Friday.
Poole was initially questionable, but he is now expected to return from a one-game absence. Jordan Hawkins and Micah Peavy took on extra minutes with Poole sidelined, but that won’t continue with Poole likely back to take on Phoenix.
  • DAL Forward-Center #3
ESPN’s Shams Charania reports Anthony Davis is dealing with a minor groin strain and is expected to miss “a few games.”
Charania’s report indicates Dallas is taking a cautious approach, so the injury may not be severe, but they will continue to evaluate him daily. Max Christie started the second half of Thursday’s game in place of Davis, but that was likely a matchup-based decision. Daniel Gafford should start in his place, with Moussa Cisse and Dwight Powell filling out the reserve minutes. Plenty of usage will be up for grabs, but Cooper Flagg will continue to be the priority.
  • BKN Guard #24
Cam Thomas (hamstring) will play against the Timberwolves on Saturday.
Thomas practiced in full on Friday, and Nets coach Jordi Fernandez said that Thomas will be available to play against Minnesota. He didn’t say anything about how much Thomas will play, but after missing nearly two months with a soft-tissue injury, it’s safe to assume they will bring him along slowly. Terance Mann and Tyrese Martin will likely lose out on minutes with Thomas back in the rotation.
  • ATL Forward #18
Mouhamed Gueye (shoulder) is available to play against the Heat on Friday.
Gueye was initially questionable after missing Tuesday’s game, but he’ll return to the lineup. Asa Newell saw a bump in minutes off the bench, and while he will still have a role, he’ll lose out on minutes with Gueye back.
  • BKN Guard #24
Cam Thomas (hamstring) has been cleared for contact and will practice in full on Friday.
Thomas has been sidelined for nearly two months, and it seems he is inching closer to a return. Brooklyn’s next game is on Saturday against the Timberwolves, so there is a chance he is upgraded to questionable ahead of that game. With a hamstring injury, Thomas should be brought along slowly, which likely means he will be on a minutes restriction at first. However, he will eventually return to the starting lineup, which will likely push Terance Mann to the bench.
  • WAS Guard-Forward #9
Justin Champagnie (illness) is questionable to play against the Raptors on Friday.
Champagnie is a late addition to the injury report, and with Corey Kispert (hamstring) already ruled out, there will be extra minutes on the wing available. Tre Johnson should take on a larger reserve role, though Bilal Coulibaly and Khris Middleton should see a slight bump in minutes as well.
  • BOS Guard #27
Jordan Walsh (illness) is available to play against the Pacers on Friday.
Walsh was initially probable, so his availability doesn’t come as a surprise. Josh Minott started in his place, but he’ll likely return to the bench with Walsh back. Minott held value earlier this season, but as a reserve, he isn’t worth rostering.
