Deni Avdija accounted for 25 points (7-of-18 FGs, 9-of-11 FTs), eight rebounds, five assists and two three-pointers in Friday’s win over the Timberwolves.
While turnovers remain an issue for Avdija, who committed four on Friday, his scoring output has picked up recently. Since his most recent absence due to a lingering lower back injury, the Trail Blazers wing has scored at least 17 points in seven straight games. Over the past two weeks, Avdija has provided fourth-round value in eight-cat formats.

Taj Gibson (foot) is off the injury report ahead of Saturday’s game against the Hornets.
Gibson missed Friday’s loss to the Celtics, but his absence didn’t impact fantasy basketball. The 40-year-old power forward has played fewer than 12 minutes in all three of his appearances this season.

  • MEM Guard #21
Jahmai Mashack (ankle) is out for Saturday’s game against the Hornets.
Mashack is set to miss his third game in a row with a left ankle sprain. DeJon Jarreau and Tyler Burton could see more minutes with Mashack out, but the Grizzlies play too deep of a rotation for either player to have streaming value.
  • MEM Guard-Forward #2
Ty Jerome (calf) is doubtful for Saturday’s game against the Hornets.
Jerome is unlikely to play Saturday as he’s listed as doubtful and continues to manage a calf injury. The 28-year-old point guard had 16 points in 31 minutes in the loss against the Celtics on Friday. Walter Clayton Jr. and Ryan Rupert are among the candidates to start in Jerome’s likely absence.
  • MEM Forward #45
GG Jackson (knee) is questionable for Saturday’s game against the Hornets.
Jackson is dealing with left knee soreness, which caused him to miss Friday’s loss to the Celtics. Oliver-Maxence Prosper started and had 14 points in 31 minutes against Boston. Prosper would likely start again if Jackson is out.
  • MEM Guard #23
Cedric Coward (personal) is out for Saturday’s game against the Hornets.
Coward missed Friday’s loss to the Celtics for personal reasons and his absence will extend through Saturday’s game against the Hornets. Javon Small moved into the starting lineup and had 13 points in 26 minutes against Boston. Small could see another start with Coward out Saturday.
  • GSW Center #21
Quinten Post (foot) and Malevy Leons (wrist) are questionable for Saturday’s game against the Hawks.
Post missed Friday’s loss to the Pistons with a foot injury while Leons had five points in 11 minutes before injuring his wrist. With Kristaps Porzingis (back) already ruled out and Draymond Green (back) also questionable, the Warriors could be severely short-handed in the frontcourt against the Hawks.
  • GSW Guard #0
Gary Payton II (knee) is questionable for Saturday’s game against the Hawks.
Payton had 14 points in 25 minutes off the bench in Friday’s loss to the Pistons. The 33-year-old point guard has been playing more with Stephen Curry and Moses Moody (wrist) out. If Payton is ruled out Saturday, the Warriors would be short-handed in the backcourt.
  • De’Anthony Melton (knee) is questionable for Saturday’s game against the Hawks.
Melton is questionable as he continues to manage a knee injury. He started and had 14 points in 23 minutes in Friday’s loss to the Pistons, but could sit out the second game of the back-to-back Saturday against the Hawks.
  • GSW Forward-Center #7
Kristaps Porziņģis (back) is out for Saturday’s game against the Hawks.
Porziņģis played just 11 minutes in Friday’s loss to the Pistons before leaving in the second quarter with lower back soreness. The 30-year-old center didn’t return and has been ruled out for Saturday’s game against the Hawks. With Draymond Green (back), Quinten Post (foot) and Malevy Leons (wrist) all questionable, the Warriors could be short-handed in the frontcourt.
  • GSW Forward #23
Draymond Green (back) is questionable for Saturday’s game against the Hawks.
Green is listed as questionable as he continues to manage a lower back injury. With Kristaps Porzingis (back) already ruled out and Quinten Post (foot) also questionable, Green’s availability is certainly important for the Warriors on Saturday.
