Watching New Zealand native Steven Adams house hunt in Oklahoma City is delightful

New Orleans Pelicans v Oklahoma City Thunder

TULSA, OK - OCTOBER 17: Brian Roberts #22 of the New Orleans Pelicans is defended by Steven Adams #12 of the Oklahoma City Thunder during the NBA preseason game on October 17, 2013 at the BOK Center in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Thunder rookie center Steven Adams is quickly emerging as one of the NBA’s most colorful personalities.

The latest evidence is a video of the New Zealand native house hunting in Oklahoma City (hat tip: Anthony Slater of The Oklahoman). Among the highlights:

  • Adams remembering he was considering a farm, but then he realizes that was “a weird thought.”
  • Adams complaining about the size of bathtubs
  • Adams testing a back yard fence by climbing it (my favorite part and also a segment that reminds me of Dwight Schrute inspecting David Wallace’s house)
  • Adams discussing where the clothesline goes

You can watch it here.

I definitely hope Part 2 has more fence climbing.
