Kingston Flemings finished Monday’s win over the Thunder with 12 points (4-of-10 FGs, 2-of-3 FTs), two rebounds, five assists, one steal and three blocked shots.

After struggling with his shot in his summer debut on Saturday, Flemings cleaned some things up on Monday. However, where he once again stood out was as a playmaker and defender. Flemings recorded five more assists while committing just one turnover, and his four “stocks” included three blocked shots. While he’s likely to come off the bench as a rookie, Flemings has shown early on that he may offer value in deeper redraft leagues to managers specifically seeking assists and defensive stats.

Jonathan Isaac (knee) is out for Friday’s game against the Timberwolves.

Management of Isaac’s left knee injury will keep him out of a second consecutive game, but his continued absence won’t significantly impact the Magic rotation. Tristan da Silva and Jamal Cain remain Orlando’s top two bench options at forward.

Anthony Black (ankle) is out for Friday’s matchup with the Timberwolves.

Black will miss a second straight game as he recovers from a right ankle sprain. In the season opener against the Hawks, Tristan da Silva had a productive showing off the bench across 28 minutes. He should be heavily involved in the rotation until Black returns.

Jett Howard (calf) is doubtful for Friday’s matchup with the Pacers.

Howard will miss a second consecutive game to open the 2026-27 campaign, and it’s unclear when he’ll be ready to return. His absence won’t impact fantasy basketball.

Dailyn Swain (gastrointestinal illness) and Jordan Hawkins (gastrointestinal illness) are questionable for Friday’s game against the Bucks.

Due to the same ailment, Swain and Hawkins sat out Wednesday’s season-opening defeat in Toronto. As a result, undrafted rookie Jaylin Sellers played 14 minutes off the bench. With Sellers and Hawkins on two-way contracts, Swain may be the player with the best chance of logging rotation minutes if he’s available on Friday.

Josh Giddey (wrist) is probable for Friday’s game against the Bucks.

Giddey, who struggled mightily in Wednesday’s loss to the Raptors, is dealing with a sprained left wrist. However, the probable tag suggests he’ll fill his usual starting point guard role. If Giddey can’t play, Tre Jones is the most likely replacement.

Caleb Martin (thumb) and Tarik Biberovic (heel) are out for Friday’s matchup with the Pacers.

Both players will miss a second straight game, though neither’s availability will make a difference in Dallas’ rotation. Fantasy managers can safely leave them on the waiver wire.

Zach Collins (quad) is probable for Friday’s game against the Bucks.

Expected to be limited to 12-16 minutes in his first game back from a strained right quad, Collins played just nine minutes in Wednesday’s blowout loss to the Raptors. The probable tag suggests he’ll be available Friday to back up Jalen Smith. Until he can play without restrictions, Collins is unlikely to get the minutes needed to impact fantasy basketball.

Tobe Awaka (knee) is probable for Friday’s game against the Bucks.

Despite a sprained left MCL, Awaka played 14 minutes off the bench in Wednesday’s loss to the Raptors, grabbing 7 rebounds. The undrafted rookie may face a similar workload on Friday, especially with Zach Collins (quad) under a minutes limit.

Taurean Prince (personal) is probable for Friday’s matchup with the Heat.

Prince is poised to make his Pistons debut on Friday, but fantasy managers shouldn’t be tracking. His availability has little impact on Detroit’s rotation.
