Liam McNeeley finished Saturday’s loss to the Pelicans with 17 points (4-of-9 FGs, 5-of-9 FTs), five rebounds, five assists, two blocks and two three-pointers.

After shooting 2-of-10 from inside the arc on Thursday, McNeeley was 2-of-3 on Saturday in a quieter offensive performance. He still shot the ball relatively well, but the second-year wing recorded six turnovers against the Pelicans. That said, summer league is a place where players like McNeeley can be more aggressive offensively, and mistakes will come with that. He’s looked good overall, an encouraging sight after McNeeley didn’t play much as a rookie.
HLs: Tatum leads Celtics past resilient Knicks
The New York Knicks closed the gap against Boston in the second half, but a clutch performance down the stretch by Jayson Tatum and a 36-point day staved off the defending champs for the Celtics' first win of the year.

Zaccharie Risacher (hip) is questionable for Saturday’s game against the Spurs.

Risacher had 11 points off the bench in Friday’s win over the Pacers. With the Mavericks’ lengthy injury report, he could play at least 30 minutes again, though he’s probably not worth streaming in most fantasy leagues.

Caleb Martin (thumb) is out for Saturday’s game against the Spurs.

Martin is out again with a thumb injury. He’s yet to play this season and isn’t worth rostering in fantasy leagues.

Max Christie (shin) and Morez Johnson (shin) are questionable for Saturday’s game against the Spurs.

The Mavericks are dealing with a lengthy injury report that has Cooper Flagg (shoulder) listed as out and Kyrie Irving (knee) listed as questionable. Role players Christie and Johnson are questionable with shin injuries. It’s looking like Dallas will certainly be shorthanded against the Spurs on Saturday.

Tarik Biberovic (heel) is out for Saturday’s game against the Spurs.

Biberovic is out again with a hell injury, but he’s not a fantasy-relevant player anyway and can safely be left on the waiver wire in most formats.

Kyrie Irving (knee) is questionable for Saturday’s game against the Spurs.

Irving is listed as questionable for left knee injury management reasons. If he’s able to go he’ll be the top option for the Mavericks with Cooper Flagg (shoulder) sidelined. If not, Dallas doesn’t stand much of a chance against the Spurs without their two best players.

Cooper Flagg (shoulder) is out for Saturday’s game against the Spurs.

No surprise here as Flagg left Friday night’s game against the Pacers with shoulder soreness. Expect the Mavericks to play through Kyrie Irving in his absence against the Spurs on Saturday.

AJ Dybantsa (ankle) is out for Saturday’s game against the Bulls.

Anthony Black (ankle) is questionable for Sunday’s game against the Knicks.

Black has missed the first two games of the season, but at least has a chance to suit up Sunday given his questionable listing. With Paolo Banchero (ankle) likely out, the Magic could certainly use Black back in the lineup.

Grant Williams (hamstring) is out for Saturday’s game against the Heat.

Williams didn’t play in the first two games of the season and has since been ruled out for Saturday’s game against the Heat. Royce O’Neale will continue to backup Naz Reid in his absence.

Christian Anderson (ankle) is probable for Saturday’s game against the Heat.

Anderson is listed as probable for Saturday’s game against the Heat with a left ankle sprain. He played 13 minutes and was held without a point in Wednesday’s win over the Nets. Anderson is a potentially attractive dynasty asset, but won’t provide much value in redraft leagues this year.
