Caleb Wilson recorded 30 points (10-of-24 FGs, 9-of-11 FTs), 14 rebounds, three assists, two steals, one block and one three-pointer in Saturday’s loss to the Wizards.
After an inefficient debut on Wednesday, Wilson has been excellent in the Bulls’ last two games. He finished Saturday’s defeat with his first 30-point game, making some history in the process. Wilson’s 67 points are the second-most scored by a Bulls player in their first three NBA games. The record-holder: Michael Jordan, who scored 74 points in his first three games. Wilson and the Bulls play three games in Week 2, starting with the Celtics on Monday.
