Ohio State SG David Lighty was not drafted but he has been contacted by several teams, including the Cavaliers, about signing as a free agent.
Lighty is “pondering his next move,” but even if he does sign a deal there are no guarantees that he’ll make an NBA roster, let alone crack the rotation.

Shai Gilgeous-Alexander had 24 points (8-of-11 FGs, 8-of-10 FTs), three rebounds, six assists, one steal and two blocks in Sunday’s loss to the Raptors.
Coming off a 47-point outing against the Pacers on Friday, Gilgeous-Alexander had just 24 points in Sunday’s loss to the Raptors. SGA was efficient, taking just 11 field goal attempts and making 8-of-10 free throws. He’s been the top player in per game value over the last two weeks. The Thunder have three games in the upcoming week, starting with a matchup against the Pelicans on Tuesday.
HLs: Cunningham scores 29 as Pistons destroy Kings
Cade Cunningham had 29 points and 11 assists as the Pistons routed the Kings 139-116 for their fifth win in six games. The 24-year-old guard was 13 of 22 from the field, hitting 3 of 5 3-pointers at Little Caesars Arena.
  • TOR Forward-Guard #4
Scottie Barnes had 10 points (3-of-8 FGs, 4-of-4 FTs), 10 rebounds, eight assists, one steal and three blocks against the Thunder on Sunday.
Barnes was just two assists shy of a triple-double on Sunday, but his best play against the Thunder came on the defensive end. With a two-point lead and less than 30 seconds remaining in the fourth quarter, Barnes blocked Chet Holmgren on a midrange shot. The Raptors would hold the lead and eventually win 103-101. Barnes has provided third-round per game value over the last two weeks. Toronto has three games in the upcoming week, beginning with a matchup against the Knicks on Wednesday.
  • SAS Guard-Forward #24
Devin Vassell tallied 13 points (5-of-12 FGs, 1-of-3 FTs), one rebound, one assist, one steal and two three-pointers in Sunday’s loss to the Pelicans.
Inactive since December 29 due to a strained adductor, Vassell was used in a reserve role on Sunday. While there was some rust to shake off, the Spurs’ wing playing 25 minutes without issue is the most important takeaway. Julian Champagnie (13 points, four rebounds, one assist and one three-pointer) remained in the starting lineup, but he played 26 minutes after logging 34 in each of the prior two games. There will likely come a point when Vassell returns to the starting lineup, with Champagnie heading to the bench.
  • SAS Guard #4
De’Aaron Fox produced 12 points (4-of-8 FGs, 1-of-4 FTs), two rebounds, seven assists and three three-pointers in Sunday’s loss to the Pelicans.
San Antonio’s starting backcourt of Fox and Stephon Castle (five points, four rebounds, five assists and one steal) combined to shoot 5-of-14 from the field on Sunday. While that wasn’t the only reason for the loss, it certainly didn’t help the Spurs’ cause. Over the past two weeks, Fox has been close to a top-50 player in eight-cat formats, with the foul line (63.3 percent) being his issue. Given the season-long value, Fox should be fine moving forward.
  • SAS Forward-Center #1
Victor Wembanyama amassed 16 points (6-of-16 FGs, 2-of-6 FTs), 16 rebounds, four blocks and two three-pointers in Sunday’s loss to the Pelicans.
Wembanyama and the Spurs struggled to knock down shots on Sunday, making 40 percent of their attempts from the field and shooting 12-of-44 from beyond the arc. Wemby’s line included a poor effort from the foul line, with the 7-foot-4 sensation making two of his six attempts. All wasn’t lost for fantasy managers due to the rebounds and blocks, but overall, this was an underwhelming end to Week 14 for Wembanyama. The Spurs begin a three-game Week 15 in Houston on Wednesday.
  • Immanuel Quickley had 23 points (7-of-14 FGs, 3-of-4 FTs), 11 rebounds, two assists, two steals and six three-pointers in Sunday’s 103-101 victory over the Thunder.
Quickley was a late addition to the injury report with right ankle soreness, but ended up leading the Raptors in points in a victory over the defending champion Thunder on Sunday. The 26-year-old point guard was efficient with 23 points on 14 field goal attempts including six made three-pointers. Quickley has been incredible lately, providing first-round per game value over the last two weeks. The Raptors are off until Wednesday, when they take on the Knicks.
  • NOP Guard-Forward #41
Saddiq Bey finished Sunday’s win over the Spurs with 24 points (7-of-15 FGs, 7-of-9 FTs), 10 rebounds, four assists, one steal and three three-pointers.
Bey continues to shine for the Pelicans, and he’s rebounded nicely after missing the entire 2024-25 season with a torn ACL. He’s scored at least 20 points in three straight and four of his last five appearances, providing top-75 per-game value in eight-cat formats since January 1. Bey is rostered in 30 percent of Yahoo! leagues, but now may be a good time to commit to him in standard leagues, even with the Pelicans playing three games in Week 15.
  • NOP Center #21
Yves Missi recorded 10 points (4-of-11 FGs, 2-of-2 FTs), 14 rebounds, two assists, one steal and two blocked shots in Sunday’s win over the Spurs.
After starting for most of his rookie season, Missi has primarily been an afterthought in his second year due to the arrival of Derik Queen. However, since the calendar flipped to 2026, the 6-foot-11 center has averaged 22.3 minutes per game. While Missi’s fantasy value hasn’t been great during this stretch, the increase in playing time gives him more chances to do what he did on Sunday: record a double-double with a few “stocks.” Due to foul trouble, Queen (four points, four rebounds and one assist) played 17 minutes, which opened the door for Missi.
  • NOP Forward #25
Trey Murphy (hand) tallied 17 points (7-of-22 FGs), six rebounds, nine assists and three three-pointers in Sunday’s win over the Spurs.
Murphy played Sunday’s game after appearing on the injury report with a sore right hand, and that may have affected his shooting. Entering the game shooting 49.4 percent from the field and 38.1 percent from three, the Pelicans forward struggled against the Spurs. Murphy shot 3-of-11 from three and was slightly better (4-of-11) from inside the arc. However, the good news for fantasy managers is that he offered good value in the rebound and assist categories.
  • NOP Forward #1
Zion Williamson finished Sunday’s win over the Spurs with 24 points (10-of-18 FGs, 4-of-5 FTs), 10 rebounds, four assists and one blocked shot.
In a matchup of two of the NBA’s more unique individual talents, Williamson outplayed Victor Wembanayma on Sunday. The Pelicans forward recorded his second double-double in as many games and third of the season. Add in the assists and percentages, and Sunday’s performance was an excellent one for Williamson. The Pelicans play three games in Week 15, starting with the Thunder on Tuesday.
