Updating a previous item, Robbie Hummel has officially signed with the Spanish club Obradoiro.
Hummel was the 58th pick of the Timberwolves in this year’s draft and his rights will remain property of Minnesota if he can make his way back to the NBA.
  • MIA Center #7

Kel’el Ware amassed 19 points (8-of-12 FGs), nine rebounds, one steal and three three-pointers in Monday’s win over the Nuggets.
‘Different’ Spurs chipping away at Thunder in West
Have we not paid enough attention to the San Antonio Spurs? Brad Daugherty and Isiah Thomas break down the team’s ascension up the Western Conference standings while examining their ceiling.
  • MIA Guard #24
Norman Powell accounted for 25 points (9-of-16 FGs, 4-of-4 FTs), one rebound, four assists, one steal and three three-pointers in Monday’s win over the Nuggets.
  • MIA Center-Forward #13
Bam Adebayo (back) finished Monday’s win over the Nuggets with 13 points (5-of-10 FGs, 2-of-2 FTs), 10 rebounds, four assists, one steal and one three-pointer.
  • GSW Guard #30
Stephen Curry recorded 27 points (8-of-15 FGs, 6-of-7 FTs), two rebounds, five assists and one steal over 28 minutes on Monday, leading the Warriors to a 120-107 win over the Nets.
  • BKN Forward #17
Michael Porter Jr. amassed 27 points (10-of-18 FGs, 2-of-4 FTs), nine rebounds, five assists and three steals over 36 minutes during Monday’s loss to the Warriors.
  • GSW Forward #10
Jimmy Butler posted 21 points (5-of-9 FGs, 11-of-12 FTs), five rebounds, four assists and one steal over 31 minutes during Monday’s win over the Nets.
Butler, who was a game-time decision in this one due to lower back soreness after playing 38 minutes during Sunday’s overtime loss to the Raptors, did most of his damage in the late stages.
  • HOU Center #12
Steven Adams (ankle) will not return to Monday’s game against the Pacers.
Filling in for the injured Alperen Şengün in the Rockets’ starting lineup, Adams exited during the third quarter with a sprained right ankle. If he misses time beyond the rest of Monday’s game, the Rockets may have to rely on Clint Capela to take on a prominent role. But that would only happen if Şengün remains out.
  • BKN Guard #24
Cam Thomas was limited to just 13 points (5-of-12 FGs, 2-of-2 FTs) and two assists over 18 minutes during Monday’s loss to the Warriors.
  • CHA Forward #24
Brandon Miller had 31 points (9-of-22 FGs, 10-of-12 FTs), eight rebounds, five assists, one steal, one block and three three-pointers against the Bucks on Monday.
Miller had his first game with at least 30 points this year. He had a dunk on Kyle Kuzma in transition with seven minutes left in the fourth quarter, complete with trash talk. The 23-year-old small forward had 31 points on the night, but Miller wasn’t particularly efficient going 9-of-22 from the field. He got it done at the foul line by sinking 10-of-12 free throws. Miller is averaging 18.2 points per game in December. He’ll have to improve his field goal percentage to become a more consistent scorer.
  • POR Guard #91
Deni Avdija, Shaedon Sharpe, Sidy Cissoko, Toumani Camara and Donovan Clingan will start Monday’s game against the Mavericks.
The Trail Blazers don’t have Jerami Grant or Kris Murray for Monday’s game, leaving them to call on their third option at the power forward position. Cissoko moves into the starting lineup, and he is only worth streaming in deep leagues.
