Mark Cuban doesn’t expect rookie C Satnam Singh to play in the NBA this season.
“I don’t see him playing in the NBA this year,” Cuban said. “We’ll give him time to develop.” Mavs assistant Kaleb Canales praised Singh’s aggressiveness and on-court communication during Summer League, but the 290-pound big man will spend most if not all of the 2015-16 season in the D-League.
  • UTA Guard #3

Keyonte George (ankle) is available for Saturday’s game against the Pelicans.
George is back in the lineup after missing six games with a sprained right ankle. His return likely pushes Isaiah Collier, who should still play plenty off the bench. Those who have been rostering Collier should hold onto him for the silly season.
HLs: Jokic, Murray eruption not enough for DEN win
Nikola Jokic netted a triple double and Jamal Murray dropped 33 points for the Nuggets on the road against the Thunder, but the reigning champions held off the visiting three-headed monster that included Christian Braun.
  • Russell Westbrook (thigh) is not on the injury report for Sunday’s game against the Lakers.
Westbrook will be back on the court after a thigh contusion sidelined him for Thursday’s win over the Mavericks. While his return means that Devin Carter will head back to the bench, the second-year guard should still play plenty with the Kings headed for the draft lottery.
  • PHI Center-Forward #21
Joel Embiid (oblique) will miss at least the next three games.
Injured during Thursday’s win over the Heat, Embiid has been diagnosed with a strained right oblique. He’ll miss at least three games before being re-evaluated, starting with Sunday’s game against the Celtics. When Embiid has been out, the 76ers have started Andre Drummond, with Adem Bona remaining in the backup center role. Look for that to be the case on Sunday.
  • GSW Forward #23
Draymond Green (back) is available for Saturday’s game against the Warriors.
A full participant in Friday’s practice, Green is available after sitting out Wednesday’s win over the Grizzlies. His return should mean that Al Horford comes off the bench, with the veteran center losing some of the streaming value he picked up as a spot starter on Wednesday.
  • OKC Guard #25
Ajay Mitchell (abdominal, ankle) is out for Sunday’s game against the Mavericks.
Mitchell has been out since January 21, and he’ll remain out for at least one more game. His absence has freed up additional minutes for Isaiah Joe and Jared McCain, with both players offering limited upside given the Thunder’s more robust rotation than it was one week ago.
  • OKC Center #15
Branden Carlson (back) is out for Sunday’s game against the Mavericks.
Carlson’s continued absence won’t affect the Thunder rotation or fantasy basketball, as Chet Holmgren, Isaiah Hartenstein and Jaylin Williams are available to play.
  • DEN Forward #21
Spencer Jones (shoulder) is questionable for Sunday’s game against the Timberwolves.
Jones was also questionable ahead of Friday’s overtime loss to the Thunder, a game in which he only played two minutes. If the third-year forward is available for Sunday’s game, there’s no guarantee he gets the minutes needed to achieve some semblance of fantasy relevance. Leave Jones on the waiver wire.
  • DEN Forward #23
Cameron Johnson (ankle) is probable for Sunday’s game against the Timberwolves.
Johnson, who struggled in Friday’s loss to the Thunder, is dealing with right ankle inflammation. His potential absence would not have a significant effect on fantasy basketball, but it would push Bruce Brown or Tim Hardaway Jr. into the starting lineup.
  • MIN Forward-Center #30
Julius Randle (back) is questionable for Sunday’s game against the Nuggets.
Randle is dealing with back spasms, which is why he appears on the Timberwolves’ injury report. He’s yet to miss a game this season, and his absence on Sunday would result in more scoring opportunities for Jaden McDaniels and Naz Reid. As for who moves into the starting lineup, Reid is a potential replacement, as is Terrence Shannon Jr.
  • TOR Center #19
Immanuel Quickley, RJ Barrett, Brandon Ingram, Scottie Barnes and Jakob Poeltl will start Saturday’s game against the Wizards.
The Raptors won’t have Collin Murray-Boyles (thumb) for Saturday’s game, opening a spot in the starting lineup. Poeltl, who has struggled with a lower back issue since training camp, is back in the starting five, with Sandro Mamukelashvili set to serve as the backup.
