The Warriors are not expected to sign Dwight Howard or any other big man before training camp, per The Athletic’s Shams Charania.
Per Charania’s report, it appears the Warriors will opt to leave a roster spot open and could end up making a move during camp or even during the regular season. Howard went through a two-day interview process with the Warriors that included workouts. He’ll likely be looking to get back into the league for a different team now that the Warriors seem to be off the table. Regardless of where he ends up, he probably won’t find a situation where he’ll contribute in fantasy.

DeMar DeRozan finished Sunday’s loss to the Lakers with 22 points (8-of-17 FGs, 5-of-5 FTs), four rebounds, five assists, one steal and one three-pointer.
HLs: OKC gets back in the win column, beats Sixers
The Oklahoma City Thunder got back in the win column after beating the Philadelphia 76ers behind Chet Holmgren's 29 points.
  • LAL Guard #20
Nick Smith Jr. finished Sunday’s win over the Kings with 21 points (8-of-14 FGs), three rebounds, one assist and five three-pointers.
  • LAL Forward #23
LeBron James amassed 24 points (11-of-13 FGs, 1-of-1 FTs), three rebounds, five assists, two steals and one three-pointer in Sunday’s win over the Kings.
  • LAL Forward-Guard #77
Luka Dončić tallied 34 points (11-of-23 FGs, 7-of-8 FTs), five rebounds, seven assists, three steals, one block and five three-pointers in Sunday’s win over the Kings.
  • DET Guard #23
Jaden Ivey produced 11 points (2-of-10 FGs, 5-of-6 FTs), three rebounds, three assists, one steal and two three-pointers in Sunday’s loss to the Pistons.
Ivey’s offensive production on Sunday wasn’t great, but this was a big night for him in other aspects. The Pistons’ guard played fourth-quarter minutes for the first time since December 15, and the 29 minutes were a season-high. With Caris LeVert (knee) leaving Sunday’s game during the third quarter, Ivey reaching the high-20s in minutes may happen again on Tuesday against the Lakers. He isn’t at the point where standard-league managers need to consider adding Ivey yet, but he’s worth watching.
  • DET Guard #2
Cade Cunningham accounted for 27 points (9-of-18 FGs, 6-of-7 FTs), five rebounds, nine assists and three three-pointers in Sunday’s loss to the Clippers.
For the first time this season, Cunningham has shot 50 percent or better from the field in four straight games. Between the percentages, assists and relatively low turnover count, Sunday was a good night for those with Cunningham on their fantasy rosters. Over the past two weeks, he has provided top-10 per-game value in eight-cat formats. Cunningham and the Pistons will look to end their road trip on a positive note when they visit the Lakers on Tuesday.
  • DET Center #0
Jalen Duren finished Sunday’s loss to the Clippers with 18 points (8-of-12 FGs, 2-of-2 FTs), 14 rebounds, two assists and one blocked shot.
Duren has recorded a double-double in five of his last six appearances, with Friday’s loss to the Jazz being the exception. If there has been an issue for the Pistons center recently, it has been at the foul line, though he made both of his attempts on Sunday. Duren is shooting 60 percent from the line over the past two weeks, a big reason why he has provided eighth-round value in eight-cat formats during this stretch. For the season, Duren is shooting a respectable 72.9 percent from the charity stripe. The Pistons end their west coast trip on Tuesday against the Lakers, the first of three games they’ll play in Week 11.
  • LAC Forward #5
Derrick Jones Jr. (knee) tallied three points (1-of-4 FGs, 1-of-1 FTs) and three rebounds in Sunday’s win over the Pistons.
Sunday’s game was the first for Jones since November 16, as a sprained right MCL sidelined him. “Airplane Mode” was under a minutes restriction and John Collins (illness) was unavailable, so there isn’t too much to learn from Sunday’s game regarding how the power forward minutes will be divided in the future. Nicolas Batum (12/4/1/1 with four three-pointers) filled in for Collins and played 31 minutes against the Pistons. A lot more will be learned about the Clippers’ power forward rotation if Collins is available on Tuesday against the Kings.
  • LAC Guard #1
James Harden amassed 28 points (7-of-23 FGs, 11-of-11 FTs), four rebounds, seven assists and three three-pointers in Sunday’s win over the Pistons.
Harden didn’t have his best night shooting the basketball, but that can happen when the ball is in your hands at the end of the shot clock consistently. He kept the turnovers in check, committing three, and The Beard was perfect at the foul line. Over the past two weeks, Harden has only been a fourth-round player in eight- and nine-cat formats, thanks to his shooting 40.5 percent from the field. He’ll look to clean that up during a three-game Week 11 that begins on Tuesday against the Kings.
  • LAC Forward #2
Kawhi Leonard finished Sunday’s win over the Pistons with 55 points (17-of-26 FGs, 16-of-17 FTs), 11 rebounds, two assists, five steals, three blocks and five three-pointers.
Let’s get the negative out of the way right now: Leonard’s streak of made free throws ended at 64 on Sunday. That was the only negative for the Clippers star, who enjoyed a historic night at the Pistons’ expense. Leonard tied the Clippers’ franchise single-game scoring record (James Harden set the original mark), and he joined Anthony Davis as the only players in league history to record at least 50 points, five steals and three blocks in a single game. Third quarters have been an issue for most of this season, but Kawhi solved that by scoring 26 of the Clippers’ 32 points in the frame (Detroit managed 27 points). The Clippers play three games in Week 11, starting with the Kings on Tuesday.
