  • UTA Shooting Guard #11

Jaden Springer (back) has been ruled out for Wednesday’s game against the Wizards.
Springer hasn’t done much since joining the Jazz and will join a host of his injured guard teammates on the sidelines against Washington. EJ Harkless could see a significant bump in minutes given how thin Utah is.
  • MEM Guard-Forward #2

Ty Jerome (calf) is doubtful to play against the Pelicans on Friday.
Jerome has yet to make his debut for Memphis, but he was assigned to the G League on Wednesday, which is a positive step in his recovery. He isn’t expected to play on Friday, but being upgraded to doubtful is a sign that he will be back relatively soon. For now, Cam Spencer will continue to start and play most of the minutes at point guard.
Daniels holds 'tremendous upside' with growth
Noah Rubin analyzes Dyson Daniels' production for the Atlanta Hawks after notching a season-high five steals against the Celtics.
  • MEM Forward-Center #7
Santi Aldama (knee) is out for Friday’s game against the Pelicans.
Counting Friday, Aldama has now missed four of the Grizzlies’ last five games. Jock Landale moved into the starting lineup for Wednesday’s loss to the Hornets, playing 26 minutes. He’s worth rostering while the Grizzlies are without Aldama and Zach Edey.
  • MIL Guard #50
Cole Anthony (illness) is available for Thursday’s game against the Wizards.
Due to injuries, Anthony has re-entered the Bucks’ rotation recently. However, his production has not been enough to merit being rostered in most redraft leagues. Fantasy managers should look elsewhere for reliable value.
  • WAS Center #20
Alex Sarr (illness) is available to play against the Bucks on Thursday.
Sarr missed practice on Wednesday, which led to him being listed as questionable ahead of this game. However, he’ll be good to go and will occupy his typical spot in the starting lineup, where he’ll look to build on his 29/12/3/2/6 line from their last game on Tuesday.
  • NYK Guard #2
Miles McBride (ankle) is questionable for Friday’s game against the Trail Blazers.
McBride did not play in Wednesday’s win over the Raptors, which was the Knicks’ second game in as many nights. His absence led to Tyler Kolek playing more minutes, with the second-year guard logging 20 minutes and dishing out 10 assists.
  • POR Center-Forward #35
Robert Williams (knee) is questionable to play against the Knicks on Friday.
Williams missed Portland’s last game, which was part of a back-to-back. There is a chance he is sidelined against New York, and with Duop Reath (foot) ruled out for the remainder of the year, Yang Hansen would be in line for the backup center minutes. With Williams out on Tuesday, Hansen only played 12 minutes.
  • NYK Guard #3
Josh Hart (ankle) is questionable for Friday’s game against the Trail Blazers.
Hart has been dealing with a sore right ankle for a few games, but he did gut out 35 minutes in Wednesday’s win over the Raptors. If he’s unable to play on Friday, some of the minutes will likely be absorbed by Mitchell Robinson, and Miles McBride could start if he’s available after not playing against Toronto.
  • LAL Guard #15
Austin Reaves (calf) is questionable to play against the Wizards on Friday.
Reaves has been sidelined since Christmas Day, but he could be back to take on Washington. Marcus Smart has been starting in his place, but with Luka Doncic (ankle) also questionable, there is a scenario where Reaves returns and Smart starts in place of Luka. Eventually, Smart will be pushed to a reserve role.
  • NYK Center-Forward #23
Mitchell Robinson (ankle) is off the injury report for Friday’s game against the Trail Blazers.
Robinson is off the injury report after sitting out Wednesday’s win over the Raptors, which was the Knicks’ second game in as many nights. His return likely pushes Guerschon Yabusele and Ariel Hukporti out of the rotation entirely, as they played a combined 15 minutes on Wednesday.
  • POR Forward #8
Deni Avdija (back) is questionable to play against the Knicks on Friday.
Avdija returned from a two-game absence on Tuesday, but he finds himself back on the injury report against New York. If his availability changes, Sidy CIssoko should return to the starting unit in his place, though he has proven that he isn’t a worthy streaming target, even in an increased role.
