Raptors selected Alijah Martin with the No. 39 pick in the 2025 NBA Draft.
An outstanding basketball and football player in high school, Martin chose to go the hoops route, beginning his college career at FAU. After four seasons with the Owls, which included a Final Four run in 2023, Martin transferred to Florida for his final season. A physical and athletic guard, he helped lead the Gators to the program’s third national title this spring. In 38 games, Martin averaged 14.4 points, 4.5 rebounds, 2.2 assists, 1.5 steals and 2.1 three-pointers, shooting 45.2 percent from the field and 76.1 percent from the foul line. While Martin lacks the size of a prototypical 3-and-D guard, the athleticism and physicality will give him a chance at the NBA level. He joins a Raptors squad that was much-improved defensively during the second half of this past season, and the former Gator can contribute on that end of the floor.

Isaiah Hartenstein (calf) is out for Wednesday’s game against the Trail Blazers.
Wednesday’s game will be the second that Hartenstein has missed with a right soleus strain, which is concerning for fantasy managers. With Jaylin Williams (heel) also out, the minutes that would have gone to Hartenstein should be divided among multiple players, including starter Chet Holmgren and reserve Kenrich Williams. There’s a possibility that Branden Carlson could get into the rotation due to the matchup, but he is not worth streaming.
Is Morant settling into flow of Grizzlies offense?
NBA Showtime analyzes the Memphis Grizzlies' offense before highlighting Ja Morant's return to the lineup so far and the team's need for someone to take the lead as a scorer.
  • LAL Forward #12
Luka Doncic, Marcus Smart, LeBron James, Jake LaRavia and Deandre Ayton will start against the Pistons on Tuesday.
With Rui Hachimura (calf) set to miss multiple games, LaRavia will replace him in the starting lineup. Lakers coach JJ Redick said Hachimura should be back at some point next week, so LaRavia should remain in the starting lineup for their games against the Grizzlies on Friday and Sunday at least.
  • CHI Guard #3
ESPN’s Shams Charania reports that Josh Giddey has been diagnosed with a strained left hamstring and will miss “at least a few weeks.”
A few hours after the Bulls announced that Giddey would not play in Wednesday’s game against the Pelicans due to left hamstring tightness, it was reported that he has been diagnosed with a strain. What grade the strain is was not made clear, but the Bulls’ point guard will miss some time. With Coby White dealing with right calf tightness, Chicago will be left to rely on Tre Jones to run the show. He’s worth adding in standard fantasy leagues while Giddey sits.
  • LAC Forward-Center #20
John Collins (illness) is available to play against the Kings on Tuesday.
Collins will be back after a one-game absence and will immediately slot back into the starting lineup. Nicolas Batum started in his place against Detroit on Sunday but will return to a reserve role, eliminating the streaming value he held.
  • LAL Forward #28
Lakers head coach JJ Redick said on Tuesday that Rui Hachimura (calf) will be out for “about” one week.
Due to a sore right calf, Hachimura did not practice on Monday and was ruled out for Tuesday’s game against the Pistons. Unfortunately, that won’t be the only game he misses, as the forward is expected to miss about one week, according to his head coach. Jake LaRavia has been Hachimura’s replacement in the starting lineup in the past, and that may be the case for this most recent injury as well.
  • UTA Forward #0
Keyonte George, Brice Sensabaugh, Taylor Hendricks, Lauri Markkanen and Jusuf Nurkić will start Tuesday’s game against the Celtics.
For the first time this season, Svi Mykhailiuk is not part of Utah’s starting lineup. He’s been replaced by Hendricks, who brings a bit more to the table defensively as the Jazz have to account for Boston’s Jaylen Brown. The move into the starting five raises Hendricks’ ceiling, but his production has not been consistent enough to merit streaming in most leagues.
  • MEM Center #35
Ja Morant, Jaylen Wells, Cedric Coward, Jaren Jackson Jr. and Christian Koloko will start Tuesday’s game against the 76ers.
Despite Santi Aldama and Jock Landale being available for Tuesday’s game, the Grizzlies have thrown fantasy managers a curveball. Koloko will start, conceivably to help keep the other Grizzlies bigs out of early foul trouble with Philadelphia’s Joel Embiid available. This is an excellent opportunity for Koloko, whose 10-day contract is winding down.
  • PHI Center-Forward #21
Joel Embiid (ankle, illness) is available to play against the Grizzlies on Tuesday.
Following a one-game absence, Embiid will be back in the lineup to take on Memphis. Along with his typical knee issues, he has also been dealing with a right ankle sprain and was also listed with an illness for this game. His return will push Andre Drummond back to the bench and take away minutes from Adem Bona.
  • UTA Guard #3
Keyonte George (illness) is available for Tuesday’s game against the Celtics.
Initially questionable for Tuesday’s game, George has been upgraded to available. With Utah having its usual point guard in the fold, Isaiah Collier and Walter Clayton Jr. will miss out on increased playing time.
  • MEM Center #31
Jock Landale (calf) is available for Tuesday’s game against the 76ers.
Landale is available after missing two games with a strained right calf. His return means fewer minutes for Christian Koloko, who could fall out of the rotation entirely. Also, with Landale available, two-way contract player Olivier-Maxence Prosper is inactive.
