ESPN’s Shams Charania reports the Magic signed PF/C Moritz Wagner has agreed to a one-year, $5 million deal.
Wagner tore his ACL in December, and he’ll miss time to start the 2025-26 season. Before suffering the injury, he averaged career highs in points (12.9), rebounds (4.9) and three-point percentage (36) in just 18.8 minutes per game. Once he returns, he’ll likely take on a similar role as a microwave scorer and spacer off the bench.

Landry Shamet (neck) is questionable for Sunday’s game against the Lakers.
Shamet is dealing with a cervical sprain in his neck. If he’s unable to play on Sunday, the Knicks may give rookie Mohamed Diawara additional rotation minutes off the bench. Jeremy Sochan may also experience an increase in minutes, serving as another defender to throw at LeBron James.
HLs: Johnson's double-double leads Hawks to win
Jalen Johnson's 35 point, 10 rebound double-double lifts the Atlanta Hawks past the Philadelphia 76ers for their sixth straight win.
  • DET Center #0
Jalen Duren recorded 17 points (7-of-19 FGs, 3-of-4 FTs), 14 rebounds, two assists, one steal and three blocks in Saturday’s loss to the Nets.
While the field-goal percentage wasn’t great, most managers who have Duren on their rosters will be pleased with his final line. The Pistons center recorded a double-double with four defensive contributions after playing just 12 minutes in Thursday’s loss to the Spurs due to foul trouble. And Duren will have another opportunity to put up numbers in Week 19, as the Pistons face the Heat on Sunday.
  • DET Forward #12
Tobias Harris finished Saturday’s loss to the Nets with 18 points (8-of-14 FGs, 1-of-1 FTs), 10 rebounds, one steal and one three-pointer.
Harris’ 18 points led the way for the shorthanded Pistons, and the double-double was his first since a February 19 win over the Knicks and third of the season. Due to Cade Cunningham’s quad injury, Harris’s offensive ceiling has been raised for the end of Week 19. If Cunningham can’t play on Friday against the Heat, that’s another game in which Harris could prove more valuable to fantasy managers.
  • DET Guard #24
Daniss Jenkins accounted for 11 points (4-of-9 FGs, 3-of-6 FTs), one rebound, nine assists and two steals in Saturday’s loss to the Nets.
With no Cade Cunningham (quad) or Ausar Thompson (ankle), the Pistons called on Jenkins and Marcus Sasser to start against the Nets. The former had an opportunity to tie the game in the Pistons’ penultimate possession, but his shot was short of the mark. Jenkins did record nine assists and two steals, so those who streamed him received solid value in those categories. As for Sasser, he accounted for eight points, three rebounds, four assists, five steals and two three-pointers. The Pistons are likely to be without Thompson for multiple games, and Cunningham’s status for Sunday’s game against the Heat remains undetermined. As a result, Jenkins and Sasser could be in line for another start.
  • BKN Forward-Center #21
Noah Clowney tallied 16 points (4-of-12 FGs, 7-of-7 FTs), three rebounds, two assists, one block and one three-pointer in Saturday’s win over the Pistons.
Clowney didn’t have a great night shooting the basketball, but he brought more to the table offensively than fellow starter Nic Claxton. Shooting 1-of-5 from the field, Clax finished with two points, six rebounds, four assists, one steal and three blocks. Brooklyn’s four-game Week 20 begins with a back-to-back, which could be an issue for Clowney and Claxton.
  • BKN Forward #1
Ziaire Williams accounted for 23 points (5-of-8 FGs, 8-of-8 FTs), four rebounds, one steal and five three-pointers in Saturday’s win over the Pistons.
All eight of Williams’ official shot attempts on Saturday came for beyond the arc. The five three-pointers matched his season-high, and the Nets wing has shot 9-of-18 from deep over his last three games. While Williams was not the choice to move into the starting lineup in the aftermath of Egor Dëmin’s foot injury, he offers a higher upside than Terance Mann (seven points, four rebounds, two assists and one block), who is now starting.
  • BKN Forward #17
Michael Porter Jr. tallied 30 points (10-of-25 FGs, 7-of-7 FTs), 13 rebounds, one assist, two steals, one block and three three-pointers in Saturday’s win over the Pistons.
The Nets outscored the Pistons by a 34-21 margin in the fourth quarter, but Porter did most of his damage in the first three frames. The Nets forward finished with his second double-double in as many games and 12th of the season, three shy of his total for the 2024-25 campaign. The good news for fantasy managers is that the Nets continue to play Porter starters’ minutes, preserving his value. Brooklyn plays four games in Week 20, starting with a home back-to-back against the Grizzlies (Monday) and Pistons (Tuesday). As a result, this could be a three-game week for Porter.
  • PHI Forward-Guard #9
Kelly Oubre Jr. (illness) amassed 24 points (10-of-15 FGs, 1-of-3 FTs), five rebounds, four assists, two steals and three three-pointers in Saturday’s loss to the Hawks.
Back in the 76ers’ lineup after a two-game absence, Oubre looked spry in his 36 minutes on the court. The lone negatives for him were the free-throw percentage and turnovers, with Oubre going 1-of-3 from the charity stripe and committing five turnovers. Depending on what happens with Tyrese Maxey, who injured his right hand during the fourth quarter, Oubre could move up in the offensive pecking order for Philadelphia’s five-game Week 20.
  • PHI Guard #5
Quentin Grimes accounted for 26 points (9-of-15 FGs, 5-of-7 FTs), six rebounds, three assists, two steals and three three-pointers in Saturday’s loss to the Hawks.
With VJ Edgecome (back) once again sidelined, Grimes remained in the starting lineup despite Kelly Oubre Jr.'s return to action. And he produced a solid stat line, shooting 66.7 percent from the field. The 26 points were two points shy of a season-high for Grimes, who entered Saturday having totaled 32 points in his prior four appearances. Depending on the severity of Tyrese Maxey’s hand injury, Grimes could be a player of even greater importance during Philadelphia’s five-game Week 20.
  • PHI Guard #0
Tyrese Maxey (hand) finished Saturday’s loss to the Hawks with 31 points (12-of-22 FGs, 4-of-4 FTs), two rebounds, five assists, three steals and three three-pointers.
While Maxey finished Saturday’s defeat with an excellent stat line, that was the furthest thing from anyone’s mind when he left with 16.2 seconds remaining in the fourth quarter. The All-Star guard injured his right hand when he collided with teammate Adem Bona. Maxey was scheduled to undergo X-rays on the hand, but no announcement has been made regarding the injury’s severity. If he has to miss time, Cam Payne and even Kyle Lowry could figure more prominently within the 76ers’ rotation.
