Shaedon Sharpe lit up the Lakers with 23 points (8-of-17 FGs), seven rebounds, two assists, three steals and one three-pointer on Monday.
Despite dealing with calf soreness entering this game, Sharpe was able to start and set a new season-high for scoring. It has been a slow start to the year for Sharpe, but he is starting to figure things out; after shooting below 40 percent in each of his first four games, Sharpe has shot better than 40 percent in his last three. He’ll look to keep it going against the Thunder on Wednesday.
