Cam Thomas (hamstring) will play against the Timberwolves on Saturday.
Thomas practiced in full on Friday, and Nets coach Jordi Fernandez said that Thomas will be available to play against Minnesota. He didn’t say anything about how much Thomas will play, but after missing nearly two months with a soft-tissue injury, it’s safe to assume they will bring him along slowly. Terance Mann and Tyrese Martin will likely lose out on minutes with Thomas back in the rotation.

Jordan Goodwin, Grayson Allen, Dillon Brooks, Royce O’Neale and Mark Williams will start against the Nets on Tuesday.
With Collin Gillespie (hand) joining Devin Booker (ankle) and Jalen Green (hamstring) as out for this game, Goodwin will start for the third time this season. Goodwin has had some productive stretches this year, and with Phoenix missing multiple key backcourt pieces, he should be able to provide strong value as a starter.
Melo, T-Mac, Carter break down Rising Stars squads
Carmelo Anthony, Tracy McGrady and Vince Carter review their respective Rising Stars Player Drafts and make their cases for who will stand on top of NBA All-Star Weekend.
  • Jonas Valančiūnas (calf) is available for Tuesday’s game against the Pistons.
Valančiūnas missed Friday’s win over the Bucks and was listed as questionable for Sunday’s game against the Grizzlies, which was postponed for bad weather. He was initially listed as probable Tuesday, so his availability isn’t surprising. Zeke Nnaji will return to the bench after playing 37 minutes when Valančiūnas was out against the Bucks. Both Valančiūnas and Nnaji will eventually be squeezed for minutes when Nikola Jokic (knee) returns.
  • DEN Guard #8
Peyton Watson (ankle) is available to play against the Pistons on Tuesday.
Watson was initially listed as probable to play, so his availability doesn’t come as a surprise. Spencer Jones started in his place in Denver’s last game, but he will likely head to the bench with Watson officially back in the lineup.
  • DEN Guard #27
Jamal Murray (hamstring, hip) is available for Tuesday’s game against the Pistons.
Murray missed Friday’s win over the Bucks and was questionable for Sunday’s game against the Grizzlies, which was postponed because of inclement weather. He was initially listed as probable Tuesday, so his availability isn’t much of a surprise. Julian Strawther had 20 points in the win against the Bucks, but will slide back to the bench with Murray back in the lineup.
  • MIL Forward #9
Ryan Rollins, AJ Green, Kyle Kuzma, Bobby Portis and Myles Turner will start against the 76ers on Tuesday.
Portis will enter the starting lineup, which will push Gary Harris to the bench. Harris had started the last two games for the Bucks but didn’t offer much value for fantasy managers. Portis should be able to do more in the box score as a starter and could remain in that role with Giannis Antetokounmpo (calf) sidelined for a while.
  • OKC Guard #21
Shai Gilgeous-Alexander, Aaron Wiggins, Luguentz Dort, Jaylin Williams and Chet Holmgren will start against the Pelicans on Tuesday.
Wiggins will get the starting nod with Cason Wallace (hip) and Ajay Mitchell (abdominals) both sidelined. In his most recent start, Wiggins had 12 points, six rebounds, three assists, five steals, one block and two three-pointers. He’ll have value as a streamer.
  • BKN Guard #88
Nolan Traoré (illness) is available to play against the Suns on Tuesday.
Traoré will be back following a one-game absence due to an illness. Traoré was productive in his most recent performance, and he’ll get the opportunity to build on that. However, he hasn’t been a consistent enough producer to this point to justify him as a streaming option.
  • PHI Center-Forward #21
Joel Embiid (knee) is available to play against the Bucks on Tuesday.
Embiid will be back after sitting out the first leg of this back-to-back on Monday. His return will push Andre Drummond back to the bench. Embiid has scored at least 30 points in four straight games, and he’ll look to keep that streak going in this one.
  • PHI Forward #8
Paul George (knee) is available to play against the Bucks on Tuesday.
George was initially listed as probable, but he will suit up against Milwaukee. He sat out the first leg of the back-to-back to ensure he was available for this game. Dominick Barlow will return to playing a role off the bench.
  • De’Anthony Melton (knee) is not on the injury report against the Jazz on Wednesday.
Melton will be back after sitting out the second leg of the Warriors’ back-to-back on Sunday. He’ll return to playing his typical role off the bench, which should take away minutes from Pat Spencer and Buddy Hield.
