Ariel Hukporti finished Friday’s loss to the Hawks with eight points (2-of-5 FGs, 4-of-4 FTs), 16 rebounds, four assists, one steal and four blocked shots.
With Karl-Anthony Towns (illness) and Mitchell Robinson (ankle) out, Hukporti made his fourth start of the season on Friday. He didn’t provide much value as a scorer, but the rebounding and shot-blocking were superb. It was the kind of performance that may make some question whether Hukporti can consistently fill a role similar to Robinson’s. Still, it doesn’t change anything regarding his short-term fantasy value.

Nickeil Alexander-Walker, Dyson Daniels, Corey Kispert, Jalen Johnson and Onyeka Okongwu will start Monday’s game against the Bucks.
The Hawks welcome Daniels back after a one-game absence, and his return means that CJ McCollum will head back to the bench. That’s one of two changes to the starting five, with Kispert being the other. He steps in for Vit Krejčí, who was the initial replacement for the injured Zaccharie Risacher. Kispert can provide three-pointers, but his overall streaming value is limited.
BOS has 'good opportunity' to cover spread vs. DET
Trysta Krick and Drew Dinsick dive into some of their favorite bets for the NBA game between the Boston Celtics and Detroit Pistons, detailing why Boston has a "good opportunity" to cover the spread.
  • MIL Forward #18
Ryan Rollins, AJ Green, Kyle Kuzma, Giannis Antetokounmpo and Myles Turner will start Monday’s game against the Hawks.
Having lost three straight and four of their last five games, the Bucks are making a change to the starting lineup. Kuzma is in, with Kevin Porter Jr. being moved to the bench. While KPJ’s fantasy value takes a hit, Ryan Rollins’ value should receive a boost since he’ll be the lone primary ballhandler in the lineup.
  • BOS Forward #99
Chris Boucher (back) is probable for Friday’s game against the Pistons.
Boucher, who was initially questionable for Monday night, has not appeared in a game since November 23. His availability does not affect fantasy basketball or the Celtics’ rotation.
  • BOS Guard #11
Payton Pritchard (ankle) is available for Monday’s game against the Pistons.
Pritchard is back after missing Saturday’s win over the Hawks. His return means that Baylor Scheierman will head to the bench, making the second-year guard a non-factor in redraft leagues.
  • DET Forward #5
Ron Holland (illness) is questionable for Monday’s game against the Celtics.
Holland is a late addition to the Pistons’ injury report for Monday’s game. While his production hasn’t been good enough to affect fantasy leagues, Holland’s availability does affect the Pistons’ wing rotation.
  • ATL Guard #5
Dyson Daniels (ankle) is available for Monday’s game against the Bucks.
Daniels is back after sitting out Saturday’s loss to the Celtics. His return gives the Hawks a needed boost defensively, and it will likely push CJ McCollum to the bench.
  • ATL Forward #10
Zaccharie Risacher (knee) will be re-evaluated in one week.
Monday’s game against the Bucks will be the sixth that Risacher has missed with a bone contusion in his left knee. With the team’s update, he’ll miss at least another three games before being re-evaluated. Vit Krejčí has been Risacher’s replacement in the starting lineup, and that should not change.
  • ATL Forward-Center #8
Kristaps Porziņǵis (Achilles) will be re-evaluated in one week.
Counting Monday’s game against the Bucks, Porziņǵis has missed Atlanta’s last six games with left Achilles tendinitis. His continued absence means more rotation minutes for Mouhamed Gueye, who has served as the primary backup to Onyeka Okongwu. Recent signing Christian Koloko may also get some run, but neither he nor Gueye is in a position to affect fantasy basketball.
  • Collin Murray-Boyles has been diagnosed with a left thumb contusion.
The good news for Murray-Boyles and the Raptors is that X-rays on the thumb, which he aggravated during Sunday’s loss to the Lakers, came back negative. The rookie forward initially injured the thumb during a game against the Heat just before Christmas. With Jakob Poeltl (back) also out, the Raptors will have to rely on Sandro Mamukelashvili if Murray-Boyles misses time, with Jonathan Mogbo picking up rotation minutes off the bench.
  • UTA Forward #28
Brice Sensabaugh (illness) is questionable for Monday’s game against the Spurs.
Sensabaugh is a new addition to the Jazz injury report. He’s been on a heater recently, scoring 95 points in Utah’s last three games. If Sensabaugh can’t play, there will be more opportunities for Cody Williams and Taylor Hendricks. However, neither has been productive enough to merit being streamed.
