It’s not surprising that Gordon will sit out the second leg of a back-to-back set after returning from a long absence on Sunday. With Gordon, Jamal Murray (ankle) and Christian Braun (ankle) all joining Nikola Jokić (knee) and Jonas Valančiūnas (calf) on the sideline, THJ will also get the night off to recover from an illness. Spencer Jones, Peyton Watson and Julian Strawther are all candidates for increased run against the 76ers tonight as Denver trots out a skeleton crew.

Mobley suffered a calf injury in Monday’s game against the Magic. A Tuesday MRI revealed a left calf strain. The 24-year-old center is set to miss the next 1-3 weeks before he’s re-evaluated. Dean Wade should continue to start for Cleveland with Mobley sidelined and every Cavaliers starter should see a boost in usage.

ESPN’s Shams Charania reports that Nikola Jokić (knee) will be re-evaluated in a week.

Jokić has missed 14 straight games, but he’s nearing a return. According to Shams, “The Denver Nuggets will re-evaluate Nikola Jokić in about a week. He is making great progress; he’s in the ramp up phase of his return to play process.” Until Joker is cleared to return, the Nuggets will fill the void through a committee approach. The majority of big man minutes should be absorbed by Jonas Valančiūnas and Zeke Nnaji.

Cooper Flagg (ankle) is questionable for Wednesday’s matchup with Minnesota.

Flagg was not expected to play in Sunday’s matchup with Milwaukee, but that was the second leg of a back-to-back set. That game was postponed, so he’s had three days off to get healthy. Fantasy managers should keep an eye on Flagg’s status, and if he’s unable to go, Naji Marshall could see a bump in usage. Marshall has standalone value that is not dependent on Flagg’s availability.
