Jaren Jackson Jr. amassed 23 points (9-of-14 FGs, 3-of-3 FTs), seven rebounds, one assist, one steal, one block and two three-pointers in Friday’s loss to the Thunder.
Playing against a severely depleted Thunder roster, Jackson and the Grizzlies controlled Friday’s game for most of the first three quarters. After making all three of his shot attempts in the third quarter, JJJ was 0-of-3 in the fourth as Memphis lost a game that it led by as much as 21. The final stat line was solid, but fantasy managers may have hoped for more from Jackson on a night when the Grizzlies were once again without Ja Morant.
