Pascal Siakam (knee) has been downgraded to out for Thursday’s game against the Suns.
Siakam had originally been ruled doubtful, so it’s not a shock that he will miss another game. Obi Toppin will likely start in his place, as he did on Tuesday against the Kings, with Jay Huff taking on a bigger usage role.

Adou Thiero (knee) has been ruled out against the Pacers on Wednesday.
Thiero will be unavailable for this game, but he has hardly seen the floor recently. His absence won’t alter the Lakers’ rotation.
NBA Showtime unplugged: Fan vote edition
Maria Taylor, Tracy McGrady, Vince Carter, and Carmelo Anthony run through a series of poll questions answered by the fans, from who has the most iconic moment to who fans believe they can get a bucket on.
  • LAL Forward #28
Rui Hachimura (calf) has been ruled out against the Pacers on Wednesday.
Hachimura was initially listed as questionable, but he will miss a second straight game with this calf injury. Luke Kennard should once again fill out the majority of the wing minutes off the bench.
  • LAL Guard #36
Marcus Smart (ankle) has been ruled out against the Pacers on Wednesday.
Smart was initially listed as doubtful and has now officially been ruled out for a second straight game. Jake LaRavia should start once again, though he was unproductive in 29 minutes as a starter on Monday.
  • LAL Center #5
Deandre Ayton (back) is questionable to play against the Pacers on Wednesday.
Ayton is a late addition to the injury report due to back soreness. His most recent absence was also against the Pacers, with Jaxson Hayes filling in as the starting center, though he was unproductive. Jarred Vanderbilt and Maxi Kleber should fill out the backup minutes if Hayes starts.
  • DET Guard #25
Marcus Sasser (hip) has been ruled out against the Hawks on Wednesday.
Sasser was initially listed as doubtful, so his third straight absence doesn’t come as a surprise. Daniss Jenkins will remain the starting point guard, with Caris LeVert and Ausar Thompson filling out the minutes when Jenkins isn’t on the floor.
  • DET Forward #12
Tobias Harris (hip) is probable to play against the Hawks on Wednesday.
Harris isn’t expected to miss this game, but this is worth monitoring ahead of Thursday’s game against the Pelicans. If Harris is forced to miss the second leg of this back-to-back, Javonte Green would likely slide in as a starter.
  • DET Center #0
Jalen Duren (knee) is probable to play against the Hawks on Wednesday.
Duren wasn’t on the initial injury report, and while he still isn’t expected to miss this game, he is managing soreness in his right knee. This is the first leg of a back-to-back, so this could be setting up a potential absence against the Pelicans on Thursday. Isaiah Stewart (calf) has already been ruled out on Wednesday, so Paul Reed could start if both Duren and Stewart are out against New Orleans.
  • CHI Forward #28
Guerschon Yabusele (ankle) has been upgraded to questionable for Wednesday’s game against the 76ers.
Yabusele missed Monday’s game, which opened the door for Nick Richards to take on extra minutes. Richards, who has started Chicago’s last two games, will likely head to the bench and play a much smaller role if Yabusele and Isaac Okoro (knee) both return.
  • CHI Forward-Guard #35
Isaac Okoro (knee) is questionable to play against the 76ers on Wednesday.
Okoro was initially listed as doubtful after missing Chicago’s last seven games, but he could return to take on Philadelphia. Nick Richards has been starting recently, but he will likely return to playing a role off the bench if Okoro is cleared to play.
  • GSW Center #77
Warriors signed Ömer Yurtseven to a second 10-day contract.
Yurtseven made five appearances during his first 10-day with Golden State, averaging 3.2 points and 3.2 rebounds in 11.2 minutes per game. He’ll remain a depth piece with Al Horford sidelined, but he won’t play enough to make a fantasy impact.
