Scottie Barnes amassed 15 points (6-of-13 FGs, 3-of-3 FTs), four rebounds and five assists in Friday’s loss to the Knicks.
Barnes did not record any defensive stats against the Knicks, marking two consecutive games without a steal or a blocked shot. With the Raptors’ forward being among the league leaders in combined steals and blocks, fantasy managers in active leagues certainly expected more from Barnes. If there’s a positive to take from Friday’s defeat, it’s that the Raptors will likely need to play their regulars in Sunday’s season finale against the Nets as they look to secure a top-6 seed in the East.
  • TOR Forward #3
Brandon Ingram recorded 16 points (8-of-15 FGs, 0-of-4 FTs), four rebounds, six assists and one steal in Friday’s loss to the Knicks.
While Ingram shot just over 50 percent from the field, he missed all four of his free-throw attempts in an underwhelming showing in New York. For fantasy managers in active leagues, BI did provide solid value in rebounds and assists, but he’s certainly had better nights. With the Raptors still needing to win on Sunday to guarantee that they avoid the Play-In tournament, Ingram should play starters’ minutes against the Nets.
  • TOR Forward-Center #54
Sandro Mamukelashvili tallied 17 points (5-of-9 FGs, 4-of-6 FTs), eight rebounds, three assists, one steal and three three-pointers in Friday’s loss to the Knicks.
With Jakob Poeltl (4/3/1/1) struggling in his 19 minutes, especially defensively, and Collin Murray-Boyles unavailable, Mamukelashvili’s playing time increased on Friday. The Raptors’ forward/center logged 25 minutes off the bench and led the team in scoring. Add in the rebounds and assists, and this was a productive night at the office for Mamu. With Friday’s defeat, the Raptors will have work to do on Sunday to secure a top-6 seed in the East and avoid the Play-In Tournament.
  • TOR Guard #23
Jamal Shead, Ja’Kobe Walter, Brandon Ingram, Scottie Barnes and Jakob Poeltl will start against the Knicks on Friday.
With Immanuel Quickley (foot) and RJ Barrett (knee) both sidelined for this game, Shead and Walter will return to the starting unit. Both players have had productive starts recently and will look to help Toronto avoid the play-in tournament.
  • TOR Forward-Guard #9
RJ Barrett (knee) is out for Friday’s game against the Knicks.
Absent from the Raptors’ initial injury report, Barrett will not play against his former team due to a sore right knee. Ja’Kobe Walter is the most likely replacement in the starting lineup.
  • Immanuel Quickley (foot) is out for Friday’s matchup with the Knicks.
IQ will get the night off with right foot injury management, and his absence could mean another spot start for Ja’Kobe Walter and increased run for Jamal Shead.
  • Collin Murray-Boyles (neck) and Trayce Jackson-Davis (illness) are out for Friday’s matchup with the Knicks.
CMB is dealing with a neck strain, while TJD is still recovering from an illness. Jakob Poeltl is not on Toronto’s injury report, so he should handle the majority of frontcourt minutes, with Sandro Mamukelashvili backing him up.
  • Collin Murray-Boyles accounted for 17 points (7-of-7 FGs, 3-of-3 FTs), eight rebounds, one assist, two steals and one blocked shot in Thursday’s win over the Heat.
Murray-Boyles had an excellent night against the Heat, not missing a shot from the field or the foul line. Add in the rebounds and defensive stats, and it’s easy to see why the rookie is a valuable player to those competing in dynasty leagues. Injuries limited Murray-Boyles’ impact as a rookie, but fantasy managers should be excited about his potential if he stays healthy in 2026-27.
  • TOR Forward-Guard #9
RJ Barrett tallied 22 points (6-of-15 FGs, 9-of-10 FTs), six rebounds, three assists, two steals and one three-pointer in Thursday’s win over the Heat.
Barrett has scored at least 20 points in five of his last seven games. Against the Heat, his final stat line only lacked a blocked shot, and a 9-of-10 night from the foul line helped boost the point total. While not the best option in category leagues, Barrett has played well down the stretch, and he’s one of many Raptors who benefited from the return of Immanuel Quickley (11/3/4/1 with three three-pointers) in the two wins over the Heat. Having the point guard on the floor is huge for the Raptors, even if Quickley does not appear to be at full strength.
  • TOR Forward #3
Brandon Ingram finished Thursday’s win over the Heat with 38 points (13-of-23 FGs, 10-of-11 FTs), seven rebounds, seven assists, one steal and two three-pointers.
Ingram put on an offensive clinic on Thursday, helping the Raptors complete a sweep of the season series with the Heat for the first time since 2018-19. In addition to the 38 points, the slender forward recorded seven rebounds and seven assists in one of his better all-around efforts of the season. The Raptors moved into fifth in the East with their win over the Heat; two wins would keep them ahead of Atlanta because of the head-to-head tiebreaker.
