Bills TE Dalton Kincaid (knee) was limited in Wednesday’s practice.

Kincaid was spotted in a walking boot after the Bills’ Wild Card Round win over the Jags. He has been banged up all year, and things won’t be any different in the Divisional Round. He is, however, likely to suit up after getting in a pair of limited practices so far this week. Expect another part-time role for him versus Denver. Just like last week, Kincaid will be a touchdown-or-bust fantasy bet for the Divisional Round.
Jesse Minter

LAC Defensive Coordinator

Ravens completed an interview with Chargers DC Jesse Minter for their head-coaching vacancy.

The Ravens have completed 10 interviews with potential head coaches and Minter, himself, is up to eight interview requests. He notably served on the Ravens’ defensive coaching staff from 2017-2020 and spent the 2022-2023 seasons with Chargers head coach Jim Harbaugh at Michigan.
Josh Allen

BUF Quarterback #17

Josh Allen (foot/knee/finger) is practicing in full for the Divisional Round against the Broncos.

Allen was never at any risk of missing this game, but it’s still good to see him get in a full practice this early in the week. He took a beating in the Bills’ Wild Card Round win over the Jags and was limited in yesterday’s practice. Even against a tough Denver defense, Allen will be the top fantasy quarterback for the upcoming DFS slate.
Mike McDaniel

FA Head Coach

Former Dolphins head coach Mike McDaniel and former New York Giants head coach Brian Daboll are “at the top” of the Eagles’ list for their offensive coordinator vacancy.

Both McDaniel and Daboll are interviewing for head-coaching vacancies elsewhere. Accepting a lesser role with a respected organization like the Eagles could be worth it for the former head coaches. Earlier today, The Philadelphia Inquirer’s David Murphy opined that McDaniel is the “perfect” offensive coordinator candidate for the Eagles. He certainly would bring a fresh offensive perspective.
Brian Flores

MIN Defensive Coordinator

Commanders interviewed Vikings defensive coordinator Brian Flores for their defensive coordinator vacancy.

Flores also has an interview with the Steelers lined up. Flores’ contract with the Vikings is up, meaning he is free to interview and sign anywhere this offseason. The Vikings are reportedly trying to sign him to a new deal, so he may wind up back in Minnesota despite being a highly-coveted defensive mind. Flores also has a head coaching interview lined up with the Ravens. We would expect him to take any head coaching job he is offered. Flores has been the Vikings’ defensive coordinator for three seasons. They are coming off back-to-back years with a top-10 defense. The team’s lowest finish by points allowed under Flores is 13th.
Ricky Pearsall

SF Wide Receiver #1

49ers WR Ricky Pearsall (knee) is “optimistic” about playing in the Divisional Round against the Seahawks.

The San Francisco Standard’s David Lombardi adds that Pearsall “plans to operate at full speed during practice today.” Lombardi’s wording is tricky to parse. The 49ers used GPS tracking to determine whether Pearsall had returned to form before allowing him to resume playing earlier this year. Lombardi could be referencing this, or whether Pearsall is restricted in his practice participation level. We will check back later today. Stay tuned.
John Harbaugh

FA Head Coach

SNY’s Connor Hughes reports the Giants are making a “massive push” to sign John Harbaugh for their head coaching vacancy today.

Harbaugh is currently in New York, meeting with Giants ownership, and they clearly don’t want him walking out of the building without a deal. Per Hughes, “They’re willing to not only pay him, but also whatever his staff wants.” A blank check plus a roster with the quarterback position already figuired out will be hard to turn down. Harbaugh, however, is also being pursued by the Titans and Falcons. Neither job looks as enticing on paper, but it would make sense for him to hear them out, even if that is just to drive up his asking price for the Giants.
Art Rooney

PIT Center

Steelers president Art Rooney II said he is “not sure why you waste a year of your life not trying to contend” when asked about the team taking a year to rebuild.

The Steelers desperately need a year or two to retool the roster, but it should surprise no one that Rooney isn’t willing to commit to an uncompetitive 2026. He did, however, acknowledge the fact that the team isn’t always in a position to win a Super Bowl, saying, “I think you try every year. Some years you have the horses to really get there. Some years you don’t, but you try every year, in my view.” The Steelers are interviewing both Rams coordinators and will bring in plenty of other big names in the next few weeks. Assuming Aaron Rodgers is gone, they will also need to figure out their quarterback situation once again.
Nico Collins

HOU Wide Receiver #12

Nico Collins (concussion) was not seen at Wednesday’s practice.

Collins’ head slammed into the ground during the third quarter of the Texans’ Wild Card Round win over the Steelers. He rode a cart to the locker room, did not return, and has since entered concussion protocol. Assuming he doesn’t make a late appearance at practice today, Collins looks unlikely to suit up for the Divisional Round. Christian Kirk erupted for 144 yards and a touchdown on eight grabs last week. He is in line for WR1 duties if Nico is ruled out.
Chris Shula

LA Defensive Coordinator

Steelers requested an interview with Rams DC Chris Shula for their head-coaching vacancy.

The Steelers are also interviewing Rams passing game coordinator Nate Scheelhaase. Smart moves. Shula has worked his way up the Rams’ coaching ranks since signing on as the team’s assistant linebackers coach in 2017, serving in his current position since 2024. Shula’s 2025 defense allowed 5.2 yards per play in the regular season, the 14th lowest number in the NFL, while generating pressure at the league’s fourth-highest rate (41.1 percent).
