NBA insider Jake Fischer reports that the Magic are waiving Jonathan Isaac.

The sixth overall pick in the 2017 NBA Draft, Isaac’s career has been limited due to injuries. He’s exceeded 60 games played twice in nine seasons and missed all of the 2020-21 and 2021-22 seasons after suffering a torn left ACL in the Orlando bubble in the summer of 2020. There was hope that Isaac would return at some point during the 2021-22 season, but his knee did not respond as doctors had hoped. In 2025-26, Isaac appeared in 52 games, averaging 10.0 minutes before a knee injury ended his season in early March. Given the injury history, he’s likely to take on a limited role wherever he lands.

Utah Jazz will start Keyonte George, Darryn Peterson, Josh Green, Ace Bailey, and Jaxson Hayes against the Spurs.

Josh Green will start in place of Lauri Markkanen tonight who is out with a wrist injury, and Jaxson Hayes will return to the starting lineup for the injured Jaren Jackson Jr. Green and Hayes can be used as streamers but neither will be factors in most redraft leagues. Look for Darryn and Ace to pick up the scoring in this game.

Jaxson Hayes (shoulder) is available for Wednesday’s game against the Spurs.

Hayes is back after sitting out Monday’s loss to the Grizzlies with a sore right shoulder. With Lauri Markkanen and Jaren Jackson Jr. out, he may start on Wednesday. Hayes isn’t the most reliable fantasy option, but the opportunity makes him worthy of a look in deep leagues.

Lauri Markkanen (wrist) is out for Wednesday’s game against the Spurs.

Ajay Mitchell (ankle) is available for Wednesday’s game against the Mavericks.

Initially questionable for Wednesday’s game, Mitchell is now available. Because of Oklahoma City’s injuries, he should be rostered in most redraft leagues. Mitchell is coming off his first 30-point game in Monday’s win over the Suns.

Naji Marshall (illness) is out for Wednesday’s game against the Thunder.

Kyrie Irving (knee) is available for Wednesday’s game against the Thunder.

Irving was initially listed as questionable for Wednesday’s game against the Thunder, but has since been cleared to play. After playing 33 minutes in Monday’s win over the Heat and having the day off Tuesday, Irving should be ready to go against one of the top defenses in the league.
