The 27-year-old speedster drained 5-of-6 from long range during an extremely shooting performance in this one. He represents a top-60 range, early-round pick in all fantasy drafts this fall.

Despite being close to a top-50 player in category leagues last season, Quickley entered the season with a Yahoo ADP in the nineties. Against the rebuilding Bulls, the Raptors guard showed why fantasy managers should have held him in higher regard in drafts. Quickley was one of four Toronto starters to score at least 20 points, and he shouldn’t have any issues getting scoring opportunities this season.

Like Scottie Barnes, Quickley did not play in the second half of Saturday’s preseason opener. Limited to 33 games in his first full season with the Raptors, IQ appeared in 70 games last season and was close to a top-50 player in nine-cat formats. While Kawhi Leonard will be a high-usage player in his return to Toronto, his presence should not negatively affect Quickley’s opportunities. With a current ADP of 97, he could be one of the biggest steals in fantasy basketball this season.

Ja’Kobe Walter notched 24 points (7-of-13 FGs, 6-of-6 FTs), five rebounds, three steals, one block and four three-pointers in Friday’s Game 6 win over the Cavaliers.

Walter has come up big for the Raptors the last two games, totaling 44 points on 14-of-29 shooting from the field. With Brandon Ingram (heel) exiting Game 5 during the second quarter and sitting out Game 6, not to mention Immanuel Quickley (hamstring) missing the entire series, the second-year wing’s contributions have been much-needed. Walter should get another start in Game 7 on Sunday, and the Raptors will need a similar performance if they’re to advance.

Quickley isn’t going to play at all in the Raptors’ first round series against the Cavaliers. The 26-year-old point guard suffered a hamstring injury during the regular season finale and missed the first three games of the series. Now Quickley has been ruled out for the rest of the series after having a setback during the rehab process. His absence remains a major blow to the Raptors and a break for the Cavaliers.

Walter gets the start in Game 3, replacing Jamal Shead, who had filled in for the injured Immanuel Quickley. Walter is averaging 10.5 points in 28.0 minutes per game in the playoffs.
