76ers head coach Nick Nurse said Wednesday that Dominick Barlow (back) still “has a little bit of time to wait” but is progressing.

Recovering from a stress reaction in his back, Barlow has not played a game this season. The good news is that team officials believe his back is improving. However, Nurse estimated that it will be another 10-12 days before Barlow is cleared to return to the court. His absence doesn’t affect fantasy basketball, but the 76ers remain light on options behind Joel Embiid.

Precious Achiuwa (ankle) is available to play against the Lakers on Wednesday.

As expected, Achiuwa will be good to go against Los Angeles. He’ll continue to start in place of Keegan Murray, who is still sidelined with an ankle injury. Achiuwa has had a couple productive outings, but he isn’t the best streaming option on a 14-game day.

Rasheer Fleming (ankle) has been ruled out against the Trail Blazers on Wednesday.

Fleming won’t be available, but the only game he played more than three minutes came during the season opener, which they lost by 41. His absence won’t alter the Suns’ rotation.

Isaiah Jackson (groin) is questionable to play against the Heat on Wednesday.

Jackson is a late addition to the injury report. If he doesn’t suit up, Brook Lopez will remain in the starting unit, though that could happen even if Jackson plays. Baba Miller could fill out the backup center minutes if Jackson is unavailable.

Myron Gardner (quad) is available to play against the Clippers on Wednesday.

Gardner will be good to go despite the initial questionable tag. He has yet to play four minutes in a game this season, so his status doesn’t have much of an impact on fantasy basketball.

Santi Aldama (knee) is now doubtful to play against the Spurs on Wednesday.
