According to ESPN’s Adrian Wojnarowski, the Wizards are signing Devon Dotson to a two-way contract.
The Wizards are banged up at the point guard position, which may factor into the decision to bring Dotson back. He was with the team in training camp on an Exhibit 10 contract, only to be waived just before the start of the regular season. To complete the transaction, the Wizards are waiving Jordan Schakel.

Jerami Grant (Achilles) is questionable for Thursday’s game against the Hawks.
Listed as doubtful ahead of Tuesday’s loss to the Warriors, Grant being questionable on the initial injury report for Thursday is a step in the right direction. If he remains out, Sidy Cissoko should get another start. Unfortunately, his production has not been consistent enough to merit streaming.
Mavs' Marshall is one to watch with Davis out
With Anthony Davis sidelined by a fractured hand as he weighs his options, Eric Samulski expects Naji Marshall to thrive while filling in for the Mavs big man.
  • POR Forward #8
Deni Avdija (back) is doubtful for Thursday’s game against the Hawks.
After missing Tuesday’s loss to the Warriors, Avdija is on track to miss a second consecutive game. Rookie Caleb Love moved into the starting lineup, as Jrue Holiday is still under a minutes restriction. While he did struggle from the field, shooting 5-of-16, Love did play 34 minutes. He’s worth a look in deep leagues if allowed to make another start.
  • LAL Center-Forward #11
Jaxson Hayes (hamstring) is questionable for Thursday’s game against the
Hayes sat out Tuesday’s win over the Hawks with a sore left hamstring. His absence led to Jarred Vanderbilt spending most of his night as a small-ball center. This does not affect fantasy basketball.
  • DAL Guard #00
Max Christie (illness) is out for Wednesday’s game against the Nuggets.
Initially doubtful for Wednesday’s game, Christie is unavailable for the first time since December 23. His absence opens up a spot in the starting lineup, with Klay Thompson and Ryan Nembhard being potential replacements. If there’s a desire to have more shooting on the floor, Thompson should receive the nod as he’s shot the ball well recently.
  • UTA Center #22
Keyonte George, Isaiah Collier, Cody Williams, Ace Bailey and Kyle Filipowski will start Wednesday’s game against the Bulls.
Lauri Markkanenis unavailable for the Jazz, while Jusuf Nurkić is available off the bench. The good news is that Ace Bailey is back in the starting lineup for the first time since December 26. Also joining the lineup are Collier and Filipowski. Get used to the Jazz rolling out lineups like this the rest of the way, as their 2026 first-round pick is top-8 protected (Oklahoma City gets it otherwise).
  • DAL Guard #10
Brandon Williams (illness) is available to play against the Nuggets on Wednesday.
Williams will return from a two-game absence to provide the Mavericks’ backcourt a scoring boost when taking on the Nuggets. He will look to get back on track after seeing his recent streak of double-digit scoring performances end at five games when he last took the floor.
  • DAL Forward #25
P.J. Washington (ankle) is available for Wednesday’s game against the Nuggets.
After a four-game absence, Washington is available to play. Whether he starts or comes off the bench, the Mavericks’ forward will figure prominently in the rotation. Also, Naji Marshall will still offer solid fantasy value since Anthony Davis (hand) is out.
  • BKN Guard #8
Egor Dëmin, Drake Powell, Michael Porter Jr., Nic Claxton and Noah Clowney will start against the Pelicans on Wednesday.
Dëmin will replace Terance Mann in the Nets’ starting lineup on Wednesday as the team looks to end a four-game losing streak. Dëmin missed Brooklyn’s most recent game against Dallas, but his return will provide the Nets’ starting unit with more three-point shooting. The rookie has made multiple three-pointers in each of his last six appearances, while scoring in double figures in five of those contests.
  • DAL Guard #10
Brandon Williams (illness) is probable to play against the Nuggets on Wednesday.
Williams has a chance to return from a two-game absence on Wednesday after being upgraded from questionable. Should he become active against the Nuggets, he’ll likely compete for minutes with Ryan Nembhard and Jaden Hardy. Williams is averaging 11.5 points and 3.8 assists per game.
  • DAL Forward #25
P.J. Washington (ankle) is probable for Wednesday’s game against the Nuggets.
Initially questionable for Wednesday’s game, Washington is on track to be available after a four-game absence. While his return may push Naji Marshall out of the starting lineup, fantasy managers who have Naji rostered should hold onto him.
