Onuralp Bitim (left wrist soreness) is available for Sunday’s game against the Knicks.
Bitim was initially probable for Sunday’s game, so the status upgrade is unsurprising. How much he’ll play depends on DeMar DeRozan and Alex Caruso’s minutes. Both starters are available, but the Bulls cannot change their seed (nine) or Play-In tournament opponent (Atlanta), regardless of the game’s outcome. Bitim may play a lot more in the second half than the first.

Tyler Herro scored 31 points (11-of-19, 0-of-1 FTs) alongside five rebounds, four assists, a steal, and nine three-pointers in Wednesday’s Heat-Lakers game.
Herro has scored 31 points twice in three December outings and matched his second-highest total for three-pointers made in a contest. The Heat guard has blossomed in into Miami’s leading scorer.
  • LAL Power Forward #3
Anthony Davis scored eight points (3-of-14 FGs, 1-of-1 FTs) with seven rebounds, five assists, and a steal in the Lakers’ latest loss to the Heat.
Davis snapped his double-double streak and shot under 30% from the field for a second consecutive contest. He’s put up poor numbers against a pair of highly-touted defensive centers and has faded after getting off to a strong start to the year.
  • PHI Point Guard #20
Jared McCain tallied 24 points (10-of-17 FGs, 1-of-3 FTs), seven rebounds, three assists, and three 3-pointers in 39 minutes in Wednesday’s 106-102 loss to the Magic.
  • PHI Power Forward #28
Guerschon Yabusele accumulated 15 points (6-of-7 FGs, 1-of-2 FTs), seven rebounds, four assists, one steal, and two 3-pointers in 37 minutes in Wednesday’s loss to Orlando.
  • PHI Point Guard #0
Tyrese Maxey accounted for 16 points (7-of-19 FGs, 2-of-2 FTs), four rebounds, six assists, and two steals in 38 minutes in Wednesday’s loss to the Magic.
  • PHI Small Forward #9
Kelly Oubre Jr. played 35 minutes in Wednesday’s loss to the Magic, accumulating 15 points (5-of-10 FGs, 1-of-2 FTs), four rebounds, five assists, two steals, and four 3-pointers.
  • ORL Point Guard #4
Jalen Suggs finished Wednesday’s win over Philadelphia with 17 points (6-of-15 FGs, 1-of-2 FTs), two rebounds, six assists, three steals, and four 3-pointers in 37 minutes.
  • ORL Power Forward #1
Jonathan Isaac (right leg cramp) accounted for 14 points (6-of-8 FGs), four rebounds, two steals, two blocks, and two 3-pointers in 15 minutes in Wednesday’s win over the 76ers.
  • ORL Small Forward #22
Franz Wagner shot 12-of-23 from the field and 10-of-10 from the foul line in Wednesday’s 106-102 win over Philadelphia, scoring 35 points with seven rebounds, two assists, one block, and one 3-pointer in 36 minutes.
  • LAL Small Forward #23
LeBron James posted 29 points (12-of-18 FGs, 4-of-4 FTs) with five rebounds, eight assists, one steal, and one three pointer in the Lakers’ loss to the Heat on Wednesday.
James was essentially the only Laker who could get going in this matchup. He thrived in this blowout loss but has scored less than 20 points in five of his previous seven contests. He’s enduring a tough stretch and the Lakers’ team success has taken a hit because of subpar performances from him and others.
