Tyler Herro (ankle) and Bam Adebayo (toe) travelled with the Heat to New York ahead of their matchup with the Knicks on Friday.
Both players have been ruled out for the game, and the Heat hasn’t provided an official update yet. However, this is a positive sign. It’s just a one-game trip for Miami before they head home for two games. They’ll play the Knicks on Monday and the Warriors on Wednesday, which could be a chance for them to get their stars.

Brice Sensabaugh, Ace Bailey, John Konchar, Cody Williams and Kyle Filipowski will start Friday’s game against the Rockets.
The Jazz have made just one change to their starting lineup for Friday’s game. Konchar will start, bumping Oscar Tshiebwe to the bench. While the opportunity makes him deserving of a look in deep leagues, Konchar is faced with a challenging matchup.
Revisiting best moments of 2025-26 NBA season
Numbers on the Board debates the best moments from the 2025-26 NBA season, including Bam Adebayo's historic 83-point performance, the 3-point competition, and Shai Gilgeous-Alexander's early-season heroics.
  • MIL Forward #18
Kyle Kuzma, Pete Nance, Ousmane Dieng, AJ Green and Myles Turner will start against the Celtics on Friday.
After missing Wednesday’s game against the Rockets, Kuzma will be back on the floor Friday. He’ll look to duplicate the success he had in his previous return to the floor, earlier in the week against the Mavericks, where he scored 20 points and collected three steals. The veteran forward has the potential to be one of the Bucks’ most productive fantasy performers against the Celtics.
  • MEM Guard-Forward #32
Javon Small, Cedric Coward, Rayan Rupert, GG Jackson and Taylor Hendricks will start Friday’s game against the Raptors.
The Grizzlies have two new starters for Friday’s game, as Cam Spencer and Olivier-Maxence Prosper are out. They’ve been replaced in the lineup by Rupert and Hendricks, with the latter offering a higher upside for fantasy managers.
  • TOR Forward #3
Ja’Kobe Walter, RJ Barrett, Brandon Ingram, Scottie Barnes and Jakob Poeltl will start Friday’s game against the Grizzlies.
Ingram is back after sitting out Wednesday’s loss to the Kings. As a result, Jamal Shead heads to the bench, where he becomes less valuable to fantasy managers.
  • MEM Forward #67
Taj Gibson (foot) will not play on Friday against the Raptors.
Gibson has not played in the Grizzlies’ past three games, and Friday’s absence will mark a fourth straight. The veteran forward is averaging 4.0 points in his seven appearances this season. His absence will have little fantasy impact.
  • MEM Guard #4
Walter Clayton Jr. (hip) is out for Friday’s game against the Raptors.
Already without Ty Jerome and Cam Spencer, the Grizzlies won’t have Clayton for Friday’s game, either. Jahmai Mashack and Javon Small will have important roles due to the Grizzlies’ limited depth, and Dariq Whitehead could make his debut after being inked to a 10-day contract.
  • NYK Center-Forward #32
Karl-Anthony Towns (elbow) is out for Friday’s game against the Bulls.
Towns is out after recording his first triple-double of the season in Wednesday’s win over the Grizzlies. Mitchell Robinson, who did not play on Wednesday, will move into the starting lineup and is worth streaming in some 12-team leagues. Jalen Brunson, Mikal Bridges, Josh Hart and OG Anunoby complete the starting five.
  • BKN Guard-Forward #14
Terance Mann, Noah Clowney, Nic Claxton, Drake Powell and Nolan Traore will start on Friday against the Hawks.
Mann is back from injury and will rejoin the Nets’ starting unit. Brooklyn has lost 11 of its last 12 games, and with six games remaining in the season, the Nets have one of the league’s worst records. Clowney and Claxton could be solid fantasy contributors on Friday.
  • DAL Forward #16
Caleb Martin (foot) is out for Friday’s game against the Magic.
Martin will miss a ninth straight game on Friday as he continues to deal with plantar fasciitis. His absence does not affect fantasy basketball, but it does free up additional minutes for Khris Middleton.
  • DAL Forward #35
Marvin Bagley III (shoulder) is out for Friday’s game against the Magic.
Bagley will miss a third consecutive game on Friday. His absence leaves the backup center minutes to Dwight Powell, who offers limited fantasy value at best.
