Shai Gilgeous-Alexander led the Thunder with 26 points (8-of-16 FGs, 10-of-12 FTs), four rebounds, five assists and one steal in a 123-115 win over the Trail Blazers on Sunday.
SGA wasn’t able to keep his 35-point streak going, but he was able to do enough to help the Thunder extend their winning streak to 12 games. This was a decent performance for SGA, but he has been good enough that his will actually drop his scoring average. He’ll look to “bounce back” against the Warriors on Tuesday to kick off a three-game week.

Jake LaRavia started on Friday and contributed six points (2-of-6 FGs), one rebound, one assist and three steals against the Celtics.
LaRavia returned to the starting lineup with LeBron James (sciatica) sidelined for the second night of the Lakers’ back-to-back. LaRavia has been effective in previous starts this season, but he wasn’t able to contribute much during his 21 minutes in this game. LeBron should be back to take on the 76ers on Sunday, so LaRavia will return to the bench, which will eliminate the streaming value he held.
Barnes has been 'fantasy stud' so far this season
Noah Rubin dives into the emergence of Scottie Barnes, outlining how the 24-year-old has been able to improve his offensive game, which has "worked out really well" for the Raptors and fantasy basketball team managers.
  • TOR Forward #77
Jamison Battle (ankle) has been ruled out for the rest of Friday’s game against the Hornets.
  • LAL Guard #7
Gabe Vincent finished with 18 points (5-of-10 FGs), one rebound, one assist and four three-pointers against the Celtics on Friday.
With Luka Dončić (personal) still sidelined, Vincent remained in the starting lineup for one more game. He was much better in this one and ended up scoring in double figures for the first time this season. Lakers coach JJ Redick said before the game that Luka should be back soon, and Sunday’s game against the 76ers is a possibility. If he returns, Vincent will head to playing a reserve role, but even if he gets another start, he can’t be relied on to repeat this performance.
  • ORL Forward #5
Paolo Banchero had nine points (3-of-8 FGs, 2-of-2 FTs), six rebounds, two assists and one three-pointer against the Heat on Friday.
Banchero played only 20 minutes in his first game in nearly a month. Expect to see the 23-year-old power forward’s minutes to continue to increase as he gets back in the swing of things. Tristan da Silva played 25 minutes on Friday, but is a candidate to lose minutes with Banchero inching closer to a full workload.
  • ORL Forward #22
Franz Wagner had 32 points (12-of-22 FGs, 4-of-6 FTs), five rebounds, three assists, one steal and four three-pointers in the Magic’s 106-105 victory over the Heat on Friday.
Wagner was in a slump with his three-point shot, making just six threes in his last eight games entering play Friday. The 24-year-old small forward got back on track against the Heat, knocking down four threes and leading the Magic to victory. Wagner had his first game with at least 30 points since his 37-point performance against the Knicks on November 22. The Magic still have one more game in Week 7, against the Knicks on Sunday.
  • LAL Guard #15
Austin Reaves led the Lakers with 36 points (9-of-18 FGs, 15-of-17 FTs), three rebounds, eight assists and three three-pointers in a 126-105 loss to the Celtics on Friday.
With both LeBron James (sciatica) and Luka Dončić (personal) sidelined, Reaves was the star of the show. That also meant he was the focal point for the Celtics defense to key in on. He started slow, but he was able to finish with a strong, efficient scoring night. Reaves has reached a new level this season, and it has led to a ton of monster performances like this one. He’ll look to stay hot against the 76ers on Sunday, even if LeBron and Luka are back.
  • CHA Guard #1
LaMelo Ball (ankle) will not return to Friday’s game against the Raptors.
LaMelo just can’t seem to keep his ankles healthy. He dealt with a right ankle injury in November, and now it’s the left ankle that will keep him sidelined for at least the remainder of this game. Hopefully it won’t keep him sidelined long, but both KJ Simpson and Sion James should be in line for more minutes with Ball unavailable.
  • MIL Guard #20
AJ Green (shoulder) will not return to Friday’s game against the 76ers.
Green was initially questionable to return, and now he has officially been ruled out. Kyle Kuzma started the second half in his place.
  • MIL Guard #20
AJ Green (shoulder) is questionable to return to Friday’s game against the 76ers.
Green shot 0-for-4 in the first half in 14 minutes and may not be available to close out this game. Gary Harris or Gary Trent Jr. will likely start the second half in his place, though both should see extra minutes.
  • MIL Center #00
Ryan Rollins, Kevin Porter Jr., AJ Green, Jericho Sims and Myles Turner will start against the 76ers on Friday.
Sims started the second half on Wednesday after Giannis Antetokounmpo (calf) exited early. Sims finished with 15 points and 14 rebounds in 30 minutes, and he’ll have an opportunity to post another double-double in this one. If he plays well and continues to start, he could be a reliable streaming option until Giannis returns in two-to-four weeks.
