Stephen Curry (quad) will not accompany the Warriors on their upcoming road trip, which begins on Thursday against the 76ers.
Curry, who suffered a right quad contusion during the Warriors’ November 26 loss to the Rockets, has not played in the team’s last two games. Unfortunately, he’ll be out for a bit longer, with head coach Steve Kerr announcing following Tuesday’s loss to the Thunder that Curry will not travel for the team’s three-game road trip. After visiting Philadelphia on Thursday, the Warriors have games against the Cavaliers (December 6) and Bulls (December 7) before returning home. The hope is that Curry will be able to play on December 12 against the Timberwolves. Until then, Brandin Podziemski should continue to start, and he’s worth adding in 12-team leagues.
