Coby White had 17 points (5-of-11 FGs, 4-of-5 FTs), one assist and three three-pointers in Sunday’s win over the Timberwolves.

Since coming over from the Bulls in a trade before this year’s deadline, White has routinely played 25 minutes or less per game. The 26-year-old point guard has displayed remarkable offensive efficiency with the Hornets as he’s consistently put up points without playing a ton of minutes. Sunday was his ninth game with at least 16 points in his last 12 games, and he did it despite just 20 minutes. White is most useful in points and category leagues because of his lack of production in the other categories.

Kenrich Williams has agreed to a one-year, $5 million contract with the Thunder, according to NBA Insider Chris Haynes.

Williams is now set to return to the Thunder for his seventh season with the organization and ninth in the NBA. The 31-year-old shooting guard is a role player, but also a career 36.8% three-point shooter who shot 38.8% from behind the three-point line last season. Williams has more real-life value, especially to a contending team like the Thunder, than in fantasy basketball.

Dan Le Batard and Co. share their reactions to the Celtics dealing Jaylen Brown to the 76ers for Paul George and the noise around the deal that felt more "addition by subtraction" for Boston.

Kyle Anderson has agreed to a one-year, $3.9 million contract with the Raptors, reports ESPN’s Shams Charania.

Anderson has certainly bounced around, appearing for five different teams over the last two seasons. It looks like he’s found a home for this year, though, with the Raptors gearing up for contention in the wake of the Kawhi Leonard trade. For fantasy purposes, Anderson is a role player and doesn’t have much upside at this point in his career.

Kyle Lowry will retire as a Raptor, according to Sportsnet’s Michael Grange.

Lowry, a first-round pick in the 2006 NBA Draft, spent 20 seasons in the NBA. Nine of those were in Toronto, including all six of his All-Star seasons. Of course, Lowry was a starting member of the 2019 NBA Champion Raptors. He was voted All-NBA once in his career, making the third-team in 2015. Lowry will sign a ceremonial one-day contract with the Raptors before retiring. It could be a precursor to eventually having his number retired by the organization.

    Thunder waived Payton Sandfort.

Not selected in the 2025 draft, Sandfort spent last season with the Thunder on a two-way contract, appearing in four NBA games. While Thursday’s transaction opens up a two-way slot for Oklahoma City to use on another player, Sandfort is on the team’s Summer League roster.

ESPN’s Shams Charania reports that the 76ers have agreed to a two-year, $12.3 million deal with Anfernee Simons.

Simons, who split time between Boston and Chicago, did not play after February 21 due to a lingering wrist injury. As a result, his numbers suffered, with the guard averaging 14.3 points, 2.5 rebounds and 2.4 assists per game in 55 appearances. Simons’ arrival gives the 76ers more firepower off the bench; he’s averaging 15.0 points per game for his career and exceeded 21 points per game in 2022-23 and 2023-24. Depending on injuries, Simons could provide some value in points leagues next season.

NBA insider Chris Haynes reports that the Pelicans have turned down multiple trade offers from the Knicks for center Yves Missi.

The first reported connection between Missi and the Knicks occurred around the February trade deadline, but nothing came of it. New York acquired Jose Alvarado in a separate deal, and the backup point guard has since re-signed with the Knicks after helping the team win its first title in 53 years. Thursday’s report regarding the Knicks’ interest in Missi comes one day after the team lost Mitchell Robinson (Boston) and Ariel Hukporti (Philadelphia) in free agency. New York has a serious need for depth behind starter Karl-Anthony Towns, and it does not appear likely that Missi will be the player to address it, as New Orleans considers him a key member of their team moving forward.

Yahoo! Sports’ Kelly Iko reports that DeMar DeRozan hopes to “accelerate” his departure from Sacramento.

The writing has been on the wall for quite some time that the Kings want to kick-start their rebuild by moving on from a few veteran players. With Zach LaVine opting into the final year of a deal that will pay him over $49 million, it will be easier financially for Sacramento to move on from DeRozan, either via trade or the waive-and-stretch provision. According to Iko’s report, DeRozan expects the latter to happen. Only $10 million of his 2026-27 contract is guaranteed, so spreading that money over three years would not significantly damage the Kings’ finances. DeRozan turns 37 next month, but in the right situation he can still provide solid middle-round value in standard fantasy leagues.

Raptors signed head coach Darko Rajaković to a multi-year extension.

After two seasons in which the Raptors failed to reach the postseason, they won 46 games in 20256-26 and lost to the Cavaliers in seven games in the first round of the playoffs. While the acquisition of Kawhi Leonard means expectations will be significantly higher for Rajaković in 2026-27, the contract extension signals that the front office believes he is the right coach for the job.

ESPN’s Shams Charania reports that the Nuggets have signed Marvin Bagley III to a one-year deal.

The signing of Bagley gives the Nuggets additional frontcourt depth and could mean that Jonas Valančiūnas’ time in the Mile High City is coming to an end. Between Washington and Dallas, the 2018 second overall pick appeared in 60 games last season, averaging 10.5 points, 6.1 rebounds and 1.4 assists in 20 minutes. With Nikola Jokić set to once again log heavy minutes in the middle, Bagley is unlikely to get the run needed to have an impact in fantasy basketball in 2026-27.

Tony Jones of The Athletic reports that the 76ers are among the teams to have registered interest in signing free agent LeBron James.

One day removed from informing the Lakers of his decision to move on, James has received interest from multiple teams in free agency. Golden State, Cleveland and Miami have been mentioned in various reports, and now Philadelphia has reportedly thrown its hat into the ring. The 76ers made a major move on Wednesday, acquiring Jaylen Brown from the Celtics for Paul George, two first-round picks and two second-round picks. On paper, Philadelphia’s current roster has the look of a contender in the East, even without James. Adding LeBron to the mix would round out their starting lineup, pushing Dominick Barlow to the bench after he started for most of the 2025-26 campaign.
