Julius Randle notched 14 points (4-of-11 FGs, 6-of-7 FTs), six rebounds, two assists and two steals in Thursday’s exhibition against the 76ers.

After putting up 13 points in Tuesday’s rout of the Hornets, Randle put on a decent showing for the home folks in his first home game as a Net. The move to Brooklyn put the veteran forward on a team unlikely to contend, but it’s a good spot for him to get his numbers. The concern for scorers like Randle in situations like this is that efficiency could suffer. Hopefully, that won’t be the case for him.

Fred VanVleet (knee) is not on the injury report for Monday’s game against the Celtics.

VanVleet is back after sitting out Saturday’s win over the Thunder, which was Houston’s second game in as many nights. His return means Marcus Smart will come off the bench.

Obi Toppin (back) is out for Sunday’s game against the Nets.

While Pacers head coach Rick Carlisle said Toppin won’t play Sunday, he left the door open for the forward to play Monday against the Hawks. Kobe Brown played 20 minutes off the bench in Friday’s loss to the Heat and may take on a similar workload against the Nets.

Hugo González has replaced Jordan Walsh in the starting lineup for Sunday’s game against the Magic.

The Celtics’ initial starting lineup had just one replacement: Neemias Queta for Mitchell Robinson (rest). However, González has replaced Walsh, who will be available off the bench. Derrick White, Paul George and Jayson Tatum complete the starting lineup.

Jordan Poole (ankle) is out for Monday’s game against the Grizzlies.

Poole will miss a third consecutive game with left ankle tendinopathy. Bryce McGowens has played rotation minutes off the bench recently and should continue to do so, but he’s unlikely to offer reliable fantasy value.

Trey Murphy (knee) is probable for Monday’s game against the Grizzlies.

The probable tag suggests that Murphy will ultimately be available for Monday’s game. If he can’t play, Herb Jones may remain in the starting lineup, since Dejounte Murray (personal) is available.

Dejounte Murray (personal) is not on the injury report for Monday’s game against the Grizzlies.

Murray will be available on Monday after missing the last two games for personal reasons. His return likely means that Herb Jones will head to the bench, and it may also lower Jeremiah Fears’ fantasy ceiling.

Derrick White, Jordan Walsh, Paul George, Jayson Tatum and Neemias Queta will start Sunday’s game against the Magic.

Sunday’s game is the first of two in as many days for the Celtics, who visit the Rockets on Monday. As a result, Mitchell Robinson (rest) will sit, and Queta will replace him in the starting lineup. Luka Garza should pick up additional minutes off the bench.

According to Knicks head coach Mike Brown, Jose Alvarado (ankle) participated in Sunday’s practice.

Alvarado has missed the Knicks’ last four games with a sprained ankle, resulting in Tyler Kolek entering the rotation. While he did play well in the first three games that Alvarado missed, Kolek struggled in Friday’s loss to the 76ers.

Tim Hardaway Jr. (personal) missed Heat practice on Sunday but is expected to rejoin the team in time for Monday’s game against the Lakers.

Hardaway has come off the bench in each of Miami’s first six games, averaging 6.2 points, 2.2 rebounds and 1.0 three-pointers in 18.2 minutes. His production hasn’t been enough to merit a roster spot in fantasy leagues.

According to Bulls head coach Tiago Splitter, Nic Claxton (hamstring) fully participated in Sunday’s practice.

Acquired from the Nets in a multi-team trade this summer, Claxton strained his hamstring in early October and has been out since. However, his Bulls debut may not be far away, as he practiced on Sunday without limitations. Jalen Smith has been the starting center in Claxton’s absence, and managers may want to hold onto him until Claxton can play with no restrictions on his playing time.
