  • MEM Shooting Guard #1

The Magic selected Eastern Washington guard Tyler Harvey with the 51st pick.
With only 37 percent of second-round picks actually making NBA rosters, we may or may not see Harvey in the NBA this season. Harvey averaged 23.1 points per game and shot 43.1 percent from deep during his junior season, but he would have a tough time finding action in Orlando with Elfrid Payton and Victor Oladipo already primed for a ton of minutes.
  • IND Guard #12

HoopsHype’s Michael Scotto reports that Johnny Furphy has been diagnosed with a torn ACL in his right knee and will miss the rest of the season.
Furphy was injured during the third quarter of Sunday’s loss to the Raptors, as he landed awkwardly after finishing a dunk. The second-year wing was taken back to the locker room via wheelchair, and an MRI on Monday confirmed fears that he’d suffered a torn ACL. Furphy started 21 of the 35 games he appeared in this season, averaging 5.1 points, 4.4 rebounds, 1.2 assists and 0.7 three-pointers in 18.4 minutes. His absence opens up minutes for multiple players, most notably Jarace Walker and Ben Sheppard.
How efficient will Thomas be with the Bucks?
Eric Samulski gives advice to fantasy managers interested in Cam Thomas now that the guard is expected to rack up heavy minutes for the Bucks after leaving the Nets.
  • ORL Center-Forward #34
Wendell Carter Jr. (ankle) is questionable for Monday’s game against the Bucks.
Due to a sore left ankle, Carter was added to the Magic injury report following pregame shootaround. If he’s unable to play against the Bucks, Orlando could go one of two ways. Starting Goga Bitadze would ensure that a true center is in the lineup. However, with Franz Wagner (ankle) available and Milwaukee’s Myles Turner spending more time on the perimeter than in the post, Orlando could also go small with its starting lineup.
  • PHI Guard #5
Quentin Grimes (illness) is questionable to play against the Trail Blazers on Monday.
Grimes is a very late addition to the injury report and could leave plenty of minutes available off the bench. Justin Edwards should be in line for an extended role if Grimes ends up missing this game, though his upside for fantasy managers will be limited.
  • LAL Forward #4
Dalton Knecht (hamstring) is questionable for Monday’s game against the Thunder.
Knecht was absent from the initial injury report released by the Lakers on Sunday evening. His availability does not affect fantasy basketball, especially in the aftermath of the Lakers’ acquisition of Luke Kennard. Knecht should only be rostered in dynasty leagues.
  • LAL Center #5
Deandre Ayton (knee) is available for Monday’s matchup with the Thunder.
Ayton came into the day with a probable tag, so his availability isn’t a surprise. He’ll return following a one-game absence which should send Jaxson Hayes back to the bench. Ayton will have his work cut out for him against a jumbo Thunder frontcourt featuring Chet Holmgren and Isaiah Hartenstein.
  • LAC Guard-Forward #9
Clippers reporter Farbod Esnaashari reports that Bennedict Mathurin and Isaiah Jackson will be available for Tuesday’s matchup with the Rockets.
Mathurin and Jackson were dealt to LA as part of the trade that sent Ivica Zubac to the Pacers, and both will be available to debut for their new team against Houston. Mathurin could join the starting lineup immediately or, at the very least, operate as a microwave scorer off the bench. Jackson figures to see backup minutes at center behind Brook Lopez. Mathurin is worth rostering in standard fantasy leagues, but Jackson is not.
  • HOU Forward #8
Jae’Sean Tate (wrist) is off the injury report for Tuesday’s matchup with the Clippers.
Tate will return following a two-game absence, but his availability isn’t consequential in the world of fantasy hoops, as he’s averaging just 8.2 minutes per game this season.
  • CLE Guard #24
Tyrese Proctor (illness) is questionable for Monday’s matchup with the Nuggets.
Proctor’s availability is in question after a late addition to the injury report, but his availability won’t lead to any actionable advice for fantasy managers. The rookie out of Duke is averaging just 10.5 minutes per game in Cleveland’s crowded backcourt.
  • GSW Guard #3
Will Richard (knee) is questionable for Monday’s matchup with the Grizzlies.
Richard is a late addition to Monday’s injury report, which puts his status in question against Memphis. Richard’s absence could free up additional playing time for the likes of De’Anthony Melton and Gary Payton II.
  • SAC Forward-Center #11
Domantas Sabonis (back) is out for Monday’s matchup with the Pelicans.
Sabonis will sit out for a third straight game, and it’s unclear if he’ll return prior to the All-Star break. Until Sabonis returns. more minutes will be available for rookies Maxime Raynaud and Dylan Cardwell. Both are worth a look as potential “silly season” standouts.
