Immanuel Quickley accounted for 18 points (4-of-11 FGs, 7-of-8 FTs), two rebounds, one assist, one steal, one block, and three 3-pointers in 29 minutes in Sunday’s 116-113 loss to the Suns.
With RJ Barrett (9/2/1/0/1) shooting 3-of-11 from the field and Quentin Grimes (3/3/2 with one 3-pointer) continuing to offer little on the offensive end of the floor, Quickley’s production off the bench was one reason why the Knicks had a chance to win late. IQ has scored 15 points or more in three straight and five of his last six games, providing the Knicks a welcome offensive boost off the bench. While he may still be ranked outside the top 100 in 9-cat per-game value for the season, Quickley should be rostered in standard leagues.
