While a risky streaming option, Clifford would be worth a look in deep leagues if he starts.

With Ryan Kalkbrenner and Mason Plumlee out, the latter for six weeks, the Hornets will be in a tough spot if Diabaté can’t play. PJ Hall and Tidjane Salaün have played rotation minutes recently, and that would remain the case on Friday.

That leaves DaRon Holmes and Zeke Nnaji, with the former playing 22 minutes off the bench in Toronto while the latter was a DNP-CD.

Despite originally being questionable for Thursday’s game, Sengun will begin the new year in the Rockets’ lineup. His return from a two-game absence will move Steven Adams back to the bench. Sengun is averaging 22.7/9.4/6.8 splits this season and has been one of the better centers from a fantasy basketball perspective. He’ll join Kevin Durant, Tari Eason, Amen Thompson and Jabari Smith Jr. in the starting lineup.
