  • UTA Forward #5

Cody Williams (illness) will play against the Nets on Friday.
Williams missed Wednesday’s game against Golden State, which allowed Svi Mykhailiuk to slide into the starting lineup in his place. With Williams back, Mykhailiuk should return to playing a role off the bench, which will eliminate the little streaming value he held.

Ty Jerome (calf) is questionable for Saturday’s game against the Timberwolves.
With Jerome listed as questionable, this is as close as he’s been to making his season debut. While his return may result in fewer minutes for Cam Spencer and Vince Williams Jr., both will remain in the rotation. Also, look for Jerome’s playing time to be restricted, given the time missed.
HLs: Jokic returns from knee injury, scores 31
Nikola Jokic had 31 points and 12 rebounds in his first game in a month to lead the Nuggets over the Clippers 122-109. Jokic, the three-time NBA MVP, missed 16 games after injuring his left knee in Miami on Dec. 29.
  • MEM Forward-Center #7
Santi Aldama (knee) is out for Saturday’s game against the Timberwolves.
Aldama will remain out for another game, now having missed three straight and five of the Grizzlies’ last six games. Jock Landale has moved into the starting lineup, and he’s worth rostering, especially with Jaren Jackson Jr. (quad) considered doubtful for Saturday night.
  • MEM Guard #46
John Konchar (neck) is doubtful for Saturday’s game against the Timberwolves.
Konchar is unlikely to play on Saturday after logging 22 minutes off the bench in Friday’s loss to the Pelicans. While he provides the Grizzlies with additional bench depth when healthy, his absence would not affect fantasy basketball.
  • MEM Forward-Center #8
Jaren Jackson Jr. (quad) is doubtful for Saturday’s game against the Timberwolves.
Jackson, who played 34 minutes in Friday’s loss to the Pelicans, is dealing with a left quad contusion. With the forward appearing unlikely to play, expect to see a lot of GG Jackson. And with the Grizzlies being severely shorthanded in the frontcourt, Jackson is worth streaming despite the challenging matchup.
  • ATL Guard #27
Vit Krejčí (ankle) is questionable for Saturday’s game against the Pacers.
Krejčí is a new addition to the Hawks’ injury report. While his production has not made him a factor in fantasy basketball with Zaccharie Risacher out, he has provided depth off the bench. However, Risacher is also questionable for Saturday, and his return would lessen the impact of Krejčí’s absence if he can’t play.
  • NOP Forward #2
Herb Jones (ankle) is not on the injury report for Saturday’s game against the 76ers.
Jones, who recently missed two-plus weeks with a sprained ankle, started and played 30 minutes in Friday’s win over the Grizzlies. His availability for Saturday’s game means that Jeremiah Fears will remain with the bench unit, which has lowered the rookie’s fantasy ceiling.
  • MIA Guard #45
Davion Mitchell (shoulder) is out for Saturday’s game against the Bulls.
Saturday’s game will be the sixth consecutive game that Mitchell has missed with a strained left shoulder. Rookie Kasparas Jakučionis has been the replacement in the starting lineup, and that will likely remain the case on Saturday.
  • PHI Center #1
Andre Drummond (illness) is questionable for Saturday’s game against the Pelicans.
Drummond is a new addition to the 76ers’ injury report, which may not bode well for his availability. However, with Joel Embiid and Adem Bona available, Philadelphia will have enough depth at the center position.
  • PHI Forward #8
The NBA has suspended Paul George for 25 games for violating the terms of the league’s anti-drug program.
Just when the 76ers were playing well and strengthening their on-court chemistry, the league announced that George will be suspended for 25 games. His absence likely means that Dominick Barlow, who remains on a two-way contract, will return to the starting lineup. Not having George also means the 76ers will need more production from starters VJ Edgecombe and Kelly Oubre, which could raise the fantasy ceilings of both players.
  • SAS Guard-Forward #24
De’Aaron Fox, Stephon Castle, Devin Vassell, Julian Champagnie and Victor Wembanyama will start Saturday’s game against the Hornets.
Vassell is back in the starting lineup after coming off the bench in his first two appearances after missing nearly a month with a strained adductor. However, his inclusion does not come at the expense of Champagnie. Instead, it’s Harrison Barnes who heads to the bench, so those who were streaming Champagnie should hold onto him for a bit longer.
