Victor Wembanyama had 21 points (6-of-16 FGs, 7-of-8 FTs), 17 rebounds, four assists, one steal, six blocks and two three-pointers in the Spurs’ 114-103 victory over the Pistons on Monday.
Wembanyama started off Week 18 of the fantasy season with a bang. The 22-year-old center had 21 points including two three-pointers, but really controlled this game by doing the dirty work with 17 rebounds, one steal and six blocks. Wembanyama and the Spurs pulled away in the third quarter and didn’t look back, which isn’t easy to do against one of the best teams in the league this year in Detroit. The Spurs have three more games this week with a matchup against the Raptors coming up on Wednesday.
