James Harden finished Monday’s win over the 76ers with 21 points (6-of-11 FGs, 6-of-6 FTs), five rebounds, five assists, one block and three three-pointers.
After recording a double-in Sunday’s loss to the Celtics, Harden notched a career milestone against the 76ers. With a first-quarter free throw, The Beard scored the 29,000th point of his NBA career. All that his stat line missed was a blocked shot, with Harden putting forth an efficient stat line in the 115-101 victory. The Cavaliers have three more games in Week 20, starting with the Magic on Wednesday.

Spencer Jones (hamstring) is questionable to play against the Timberwolves on Saturday.
Unlike teammate Peyton Watson, Jones has a chance to play through his hamstring injury in Game 1. The second-year forward started over half of his 64 regular-season appearances and averaged 22.1 minutes per game. If he plays, he’ll likely come off the bench for a Nuggets team that is closer to full strength in terms of health. Jones hasn’t played since March 29 against the Warriors.
Should playoffs have higher seeds pick opponents?
The Dan Le Batard Show discuss how higher seeds being able to pick their opponent would make things more interesting.
  • DEN Guard #8
Peyton Watson (hamstring) will not play in Game 1 on Saturday against the Timberwolves.
Watson missed 28 of Denver’s 82 regular-season games this season and will miss its first playoff game on Saturday. When healthy this season, the fourth-year wing took a major leap in production, averaging 14.6 points per game on 41.1 percent three-point shooting. The Nuggets will miss his two-way ability in Game 1; his status moving forward will be worth monitoring.
  • CHA Forward #14
Moussa Diabaté is available to play against the Magic on Friday.
Diabaté’s return supplies the Hornets with their starting center, one who brings energy and activity on the glass. He started 47 of 73 games for Charlotte during the regular season and posted 14 rebounds in the first Play-In Tournament win over the Heat. He’ll be on double-double watch vs. the Magic.
  • MIN Guard #13
Ayo Dosunmu (calf) is no longer on the injury report ahead of Saturday’s game against the Nuggets.
The welcoming back of Dosunmu to the lineup, following the missed regular-season finale, could be a big one for Minnesota. The sixth-year guard came on strong at the end of the regular season, posting averages of 18.3 points, 6.6 rebounds and 4.8 assists per game over his last 10 appearances. Whether he starts or comes off the bench, Dosunmu could play an important role throughout the opening-round matchup.
  • MIN Guard #5
Anthony Edwards (knee) is questionable to play against the Nuggets on Saturday.
Edwards has dealt with a knee issue since the latter part of the regular season, causing him to recently miss the finale against the Pelicans. However, the superstar guard is officially questionable for the postseason opener, giving him a real chance to take the floor. Edwards averaged 30.3 points, 5.7 rebounds, and 5.0 assists in three games against Denver this season. His availability will likely have a massive impact on the series.
  • ORL Forward #1
Jonathan Isaac (knee) will not play on Friday against the Hornets.
Isaac hasn’t played since March 12 against the Wizards. The veteran forward didn’t start any games for the Magic during the regular season and posted career lows in minutes, points, and rebounds per game. His absence should not cause any changes in Orlando’s rotation.
  • CLE Center-Forward #3
Thomas Bryant (calf) is out for Saturday’s Game 1 against the Raptors.
Bryant missed Cleveland’s final four regular-season games with a strained left calf, and the injury will keep him out for Saturday’s series opener as well. With Jarrett Allen and Evan Mobley available, Bryant’s minutes were going to be limited if he were healthy enough to play.
  • Immanuel Quickley (hamstring) is questionable for Saturday’s Game 1 against the Cavaliers.
Quickley had to exit Toronto’s regular-season finale due to tightness in his right hamstring, and the injury has been diagnosed as a strain. Ja’Kobe Walter was the replacement the last time that Quickley was the lone unavailable starter for the Raptors, and that may be the case for Game 1. Another candidate to fill the potential void is Jamal Shead.
  • NYK Forward-Guard #8
OG Anunoby (ankle) is not on the injury report for Saturday’s Game 1 against the Hawks.
Anunoby sprained his left ankle during the Knicks’ April 10 win over the Raptors, sitting out the regular-season finale against the Hornets two days later. He’s good to go for Saturday’s series opener, and the Knicks will have a clean injury report as Tyler Kolek is also available.
  • PHI Center-Forward #21
When asked about Joel Embiid’s availability for Game 1, Sixers head coach Nick Nurse said, “I know he’s not playing in that one.”
No surprise here, as the Sixers were already preparing to be without their superstar center to open up the first-round series against the Celtics. Andre Drummond and Adem Bona will continue to hold things down in the frontcourt until Embiid returns.
