You can Nance if you want to

Larry Nance Jr.

Larry Nance Jr.

Gary A. Vasquez-USA TODAY Sports

Larry Nance (28%): Nance finished Sunday’s win with another strong stat line, going for 15 points, seven boards, four dimes, four swipes, two swats and a triple across 34 minutes. He’s ranked 23rd in per-game fantasy value over the last two weeks, taking full advantage of the absences of Brandon Ingram and Herbert Jones. He’s in line for solid minutes for as long as Ingram and Jones are out, but Nance has been solid as a standalone option even when the Pels are at full health.

He’s ranked 67th in per-game value on the season, showing that his recent run isn’t just lightning in a bottle. He went for 17/9/5/4/1 in his last game out, and that’s back-to-back appearances with ooey-gooey, rich and chewy stat lines. Nance should be a priority add for fantasy managers heading into the new week.

Jevon Carter (13%): As a West Virginia University grad and fan, I love talking about and promoting Carter, but it stinks that I have to do it under these circumstances. Middleton has only been back for five games, and now he’s dealing with a sprained ankle that could force him to miss time. Carter started the second half in his place and finished with nine points, three triples, two rebounds, an assist and a block across 28 minutes. He was a strong fantasy value when Middleton missed time to start the season, and he should be back on your radar now.

Immanuel Quickley (17%): Jalen Brunson injured his right foot in Sunday’s win over Sacramento, and that could lead to more playing time for IQ if Brunson is forced to miss time. Quickley averaged 12.8 points, 5.0 boards, 3.4 dimes, 1.0 steals and 1.9 triples in 12 games with at least 25 minutes this season. He’s proven he can be a microwave scorer and elite steal-getter, so pick him up preemptively ahead of New York’s clash with Chicago on Wednesday.

Jalen Duren (30%): He’s pulled down double-digit boards in three straight and posted a double-double in two of them. Duren isn’t an elite shot-blocker, but he’ll provide big rebounds and elite FG%. Make sure to add him if you need help in either of those categories.

Naji Marshall (9%): Marshall has posted 15.7 points, 4.0 rebounds, 2.3 assists, 0.7 steals, 0.7 blocks and 1.7 triples over his last three games. Continue to stream while BI and Herb are out.

Jordan Goodwin (11%): He’s turned it on recently, posting 18.0 points, 4.0 rebounds, 4.5 dimes, 2.5 triples and a whopping 5.5 steals over his last two contests. Those steals and triples alone should have fantasy managers salivating.

Torrey Craig (13%): He’s been great since returning from a three-game absence, averaging 13.0 points, 5.0 rebounds, 1.7 assists and 2.3 triples over his last three. Cam Johnson is out indefinitely, so Craig is certainly worth a look.

Deni Avdija (26%): Not a high upside add, but he’s got a steady floor and averaged 11.7 points, 6.7 rebounds, 5.3 assists, 1.7 steals and 1.3 triples over his last three games.

Moritz Wagner (44%): Mo has put up solid numbers recently, going for 14.0 points, 8.0 rebounds, 2.5 assists, 0.8 steals and 0.5 blocks across his last four contests. He should continue to be streamed for as long as Wendell Carter Jr. is out.

Aleksej Pokusevski (38%): We’re still waiting for some consistency from Poku, but the blocks and triples are usually there. Over his last two, he’s averaged 13.0 points, 8.0 rebounds, 4.5 assists and 2.0 swats.

Players who should be rostered in more leagues: De’Anthony Melton (75%), Cole Anthony (66%), Killian Hayes (64%), Bogdan Bogdanović (63%), Malik Beasley (58%)
