Zuby Ejiofor recorded 19 points (5-of-13 FGs, 4-of-5 FTs), 15 rebounds, three assists, one block and three three-pointers in Monday’s win over the Thunder.

After starting slowly, due mainly to Oklahoma City’s Aday Mara, Ejiofor looked far more comfortable offensively in the second half. Excellent on the glass throughout, he made his final three shots after starting 2-of-10 from the field. Eight of Ejiofor’s field-goal attempts came from beyond the arc, a major departure from what he was asked to do at the college level. Due to Atlanta’s need for interior depth, he’ll be in the mix for rotation minutes when training camp begins. That won’t mean much in redraft leagues, but Ejiofor will be a solid option to have rostered in dynasty leagues.

Zuby Ejiofor tallied 13 points (3-of-6 FGs, 3-of-5 FTs), six rebounds, two assists, two steals, three blocks and two three-pointers in Saturday’s win over the Nets.

Ejiofor had an excellent all-around performance for the Hawks on Saturday, recording a complete stat line. The Nets struggled to deal with the rookie’s strength; when Ejiofor established position, he wasn’t being moved off his spot. He was more efficient offensively, and the comfort level shooting three-pointers is a pleasant surprise, given that Zuby wasn’t asked to do much of that at the college level. Even with the competition set to ramp up considerably in the fall, Ejiofor should be in the Hawks’ rotation.

Ejiofor has struggled with his scoring efficiency through three summer league games, but he has still found other ways to impact the game. He made more of an impact on the glass in Salt Lake City, but he has been a solid playmaker and defender in all three games so far. He should end up slotting in as a valuable rotation piece for the Hawks in year one.

Zuby Ejiofor contributed eight points (2-of-7 FGs), 11 rebounds, two assists and three steals against the Jazz on Saturday.

Ejiofor was the Hawks second first-round pick last month, and he has a chance to be a rotation player this season. While he didn’t do much scoring in this game, he found other ways to make an impact, which is certainly an encouraging sign. Ejiofor made his mark on defense and on the glass and should spend time as both a backup power forward and backup center during his rookie season.

Hawks selected Zuby Ejiofor with the No. 23 pick in the NBA Draft.

After one season at Kansas, Ejiofor spent the next three at St. John’s, breaking out during his junior campaign. The 6-foot-9 pivot was even better as a senior, averaging 16.3 points, 7.3 rebounds, 3.5 assists, 1.2 steals and 2.1 blocks while shooting 53.6 percent from the field and 71.8 percent from the foul line. After being crowned the Big East’s Most Improved Player in 2024-25, Ejiofor won conference Player of the Year and Defensive Player of the Year honors in 2025-26. His length, athleticism and motor are most evident on the defensive end of the floor, which gives Ejiofor a shot at making an immediate impact in the NBA. He’ll likely fill in as a rotational reserve in the frontcourt, which may not give him much of an opportunity to provide much for fantasy managers.

Keaton Wagler finished Tuesday’s loss to the Lakers with 16 points (6-of-15 FGs, 2-of-2 FTs), six rebounds, four assists and one three-pointer.

Wagler shot 1-of-5 from beyond the arc in Tuesday’s defeat, which dented his overall field-goal percentage. However, the rookie committed just one turnover and appeared more at ease than in his summer league debut on Thursday. Wagler’s size and playmaking ability may add a dimension to the Clippers’ backcourt that was missing last season, as Darius Garland and Kris Dunn are smaller guards. With the Kawhi Leonard trade on hold, it’s still unclear what the roster will look like when training camp opens. Regardless of what happens, Wagler’s development will be critical for the Clippers moving forward.

Sanders agreed to a four-year deal at the beginning of free agency, so his future with the Clippers is secure. While Sanders has played well, his role in summer league does not align with what he’ll be asked to do when the regular season begins. That said, playing well this summer should improve Sanders’ chances of holding a consistent place in Tyronn Lue’s rotation.

While Cameron Carr and Adou Thiero (13/6/3/1/1) have been the stars for the Lakers in Las Vegas, Mañon’s production has improved with each game. The two-way contract forward posted his first double-double of the summer on Tuesday and also recorded two steals. Mañon is already on a two-way contract, and his opportunities next season may be limited given the Lakers’ overall roster. As a result, there isn’t much to expect from him in fantasy basketball for the foreseeable future.

Despite a right thumb injury, Carr led the way offensively as the Lakers moved to 3-0 in Las Vegas. His eight-point flurry to end the third quarter blew open Tuesday’s “Battle of Los Angeles,” and the rookie wing has been consistent on both ends of the floor. Even with the additions the Lakers made to their roster this offseason, Carr looks like a player who can have an immediate impact under head coach JJ Redick. Fantasy managers should definitely keep an eye on him during the preseason and for the rest of summer league.

Mara did not record any defensive stats in Tuesday’s defeat, but he did manage to make all six of his field-goal attempts. The 7-foot-3 center was also solid on the glass and as a facilitator, and he’s recorded ten assists over Oklahoma City’s last two games. With Chet Holmgren and Isaiah Hartenstein starting, and Jaylin Williams and 2025 first-round pick Thomas Sorber also in the mix, Mara will face significant competition for consistent rotation minutes. However, he has the size and skill set to add value, especially on nights when the Thunder face bigger frontcourts.

Stirtz committed four turnovers, but the Thunder were likely encouraged by his overall performance. Given Oklahoma City’s perimeter depth, achieving fantasy relevance as a rookie will be challenging for Stirtz. However, he has the scoring and playmaking ability needed to compete for a bench role when training camp opens in the fall.

That said, Hopkins offers the combination of talent and experience that could lead to opportunities to contribute off the bench next season. That isn’t enough to make him fantasy-relevant, but things could be far worse for Hopkins.

Brazile put forth his best performance of the summer on Tuesday, and he was on fire from the start. The second-round pick scored 19 points in the first half, ending it with a long three from just inside the half-court line as time expired. Brazile would score 13 more after halftime, more than holding his own against a Thunder frontcourt headlined by lottery pick Aday Mara. Because of Peyton Watson’s restricted free agency, Brazile’s contract status has not been finalized, but games like Tuesday’s likely increase his chances of landing a standard deal.

While the Wizards have given two-way and G League players opportunities in the past, that may not happen as often next season as the team moves past its rebuild. Okpara is worth considering in deep dynasty leagues, but that’s it.

Not selected in last month’s draft, Sellers agreed to a two-way contract with the Bulls shortly after the annual selection meeting concluded. During an in-game interview on Tuesday, the former Providence guard said that his goal is to become one of the best defenders in the league. While there’s plenty of work to be done, Sellers showed off the tenacity required to make that dream a reality. The three steals and one blocked shot were excellent production for the guard, who also had a big night on the scoring end. Sellers is unlikely to affect fantasy basketball next season, but the Bulls’ rebuild could lead to him getting credible minutes on occasion.
