Malik Beasley played 31 minutes in Wednesday’s 128-112 win over the Raptors, accounting for 30 points (11-of-14 FGs), four rebounds, one steal, and eight 3-pointers.
There must be something about the Toronto Raptors this season that gets Beasley going. Having hit six 3-pointers and scored 20 points in the Bucks’ November 1 loss in Toronto, he was even better on Wednesday. The 30 points and eight 3-pointers are both season-highs for Beasley, who’s still ranked outside the top 200 in 9-cat per-game value. The absence of Giannis Antetokounmpo made him a worthwhile streamer, and Beasley came through for fantasy managers who took that approach. Bobby Portis, who is already rostered in most standard leagues, also played well, finishing with 18 points, seven rebounds, two blocks, and two 3-pointers in 31 minutes off the bench.
