Shai Gilgeous-Alexander amassed 46 points (14-of-26 FGs, 17-of-19 FTs), six rebounds, six assists, one steal, one block and one three-pointer in the win over the Jazz on Wednesday.
Gilgeous-Alexander was exceptional in the overtime win, going for 40-plus points for the first time since November. He scored efficiently after a couple of bad shooting performances, which helped OKC end a two-game losing streak. The Thunder has struggled in recent weeks, having lost six of its last 12 games prior to Wednesday’s contest. Realistically, this could be a time when Gilgeous-Alexander tries to single-handedly will his team through this rough patch, which is good news for those fantasy managers who have him rostered.
