LaMelo Ball is listed as probable for Thursday’s game against the Pacers with right ankle soreness.
Ball has not missed a game since December 14th, and it seems likely he will play in both games of a back-to-back. He’s averaging 19.3 points, 5.7 assists, 4.4 rebounds, and 1.4 steals over his last two weeks, which has made him a top-50 player in fantasy basketball.

Ivica Zubac (ankle) is out for Wednesday’s matchup with the Wizards.
Zubac’s lingering ankle injury will cost him at least one game, and Brook Lopez should absorb most of his vacated minutes. BroLo is worth streaming, and John Collins should see a bump in playing time, too.
Love emerges as 'consistent' bench piece for POR
Eric Samulski analyzes Caleb Love's emergence in the Trail Blazers offense and why his outlook hinges on Jrue Holiday's return to action.
  • NOP Forward #2
Herb Jones (ankle) has been ruled out for Wednesday’s matchup with the Nets.
Jones will sit out another contest, and Saddiq Bey should see big minutes. Bryce McGowens could see a few rotational minutes, but the latter isn’t a worthwhile waiver wire add.
  • DEN Guard-Forward #11
Bruce Brown (knee) is questionable for Wednesday’s matchup with Dallas.
With Jamal Murray questionable and Christian Braun out, Brown’s potential absence could leave Denver shorthanded in the backcourt. Julian Strawther and Spencer Jones could see bumps in playing time if Brown is ultimately ruled out.
  • DEN Guard #27
Jamal Murray (ankle) is questionable for Wednesday’s matchup with the Mavericks.
Murray’s late addition to the injury report doesn’t bode well for his availability against Dallas. If Murray is unable to take the court, Jalen Pickett could replace him in the starting five. In that case, Pickett could be a useful streamer for fantasy managers.
  • MEM Guard #1
The Grizzlies PR official X.com account reports that Scotty Pippen Jr. is progressing well from a sesamoidectomy performed on October 21, and he is expected to return to play in 4-6 weeks.
Pippen Jr. has yet to make his season debut, and he’ll likely be on a minutes restriction when he does. He’s not a player to monitor on fantasy basketball waiver wires.
  • MEM Forward #15
According to the Grizzlies PR official X.com account, Brandon Clarke is progressing well in rehab from a Grade 2 right calf strain and is expected to return to play in 4-6 weeks.
Clarke’s continued absence has no impact to Memphis’ rotation, as the backup big man logged only two games before suffering the injury. Even when he returns, Clarke won’t be worth rostering in most fantasy leagues.
  • Immanuel Quickley (back) is questionable for Wednesday’s matchup with the Pacers.
Quickley is a late addition to the injury report with back spasms, and he’ll join Garrett Temple, who is dealing with the same injury. Quickley’s potential absence could free up a spot start for Jamal Shead, who has made the most of increased opportunities this season. Temple’s absence has no impact in the realm of fantasy hoops, as he’s logging fewer than three minutes per game.
  • UTA Forward-Center #23
Lauri Markkanen (illness) is doubtful for Wednesday’s matchup with the Bulls.
Markkanen is a late addition to the injury report and unlikely to take the court against Chicago. In his absence, Kyle Filipowski should see a boosted role, making him a worthwhile streamer.
  • MEM Guard #12
Ja Morant (calf) has been ruled out of Thursday’s matchup with the Magic.
Morant will be sidelined for another contest, and it’s unclear when he’ll return. His continued absence is particularly noteworthy amid trade rumors. Morant’s absence will mean more playing time for Cam Spencer and Vince Williams Jr., with Spencer the preferred pickup for fantasy managers.
  • ORL Forward #22
Franz Wagner (ankle) is off the injury report for Thursday’s matchup with the Grizzlies in Berlin.
Wagner has missed 16 straight games, but the German forward will be back in action for this international matchup. Tristan da Silva should see a reduction in playing time and usage, but Wagner may be on a minutes restriction after so much time on the sideline. Anthony Black is worth holding, as he has played well enough to remain in the rotation regardless of Wagner’s health.
