  • WAS Guard #3

ESPN’s Shams Charania reports that Trae Young (quad) will be re-evaluated after the All-Star break.
No surprise here, as prior reports pointed to Washington taking a cautious approach with its newly-acquired superstar. With CJ McCollum in Atlanta, Young’s absence will mean more minutes for the likes of Bub Carrington and Tre Johnson in the backcourt.

Santi Aldama (knee) is questionable for Wednesday’s game against the Hawks.
The Grizzlies are back stateside after splitting two games in Europe with the Magic. Yet to miss a game this season, Aldama logged 25 minutes in Sunday’s win over Orlando. If he’s unable to play on Wednesday, Santi would likely be replaced in the starting lineup by Jock Landale.
NYK, Brunson must figure things out 'in a hurry'
With the Knicks in a "tailspin," Eric Samulski weighs in on Jalen Brunson's return to the lineup on Monday before exploring larger implications for New York as the NBA trade deadline looms.
  • OKC Power Forward #10
Jaylin Williams (glute) is questionable for Wednesday’s game against the Bucks.
Williams exited Monday’s win over the Cavaliers during the first half with a left glute contusion. Kenrich Williams started the third quarter and finished with five points, four rebounds, three assists and one blocked shot. “Kenny Hustle” would not be worth the risk if JayWill remains out.
  • OKC Guard #9
Alex Caruso (back) is out for Wednesday’s game against the Bucks.
Caruso exited Monday’s win over the Cavaliers after playing seven first-half minutes. His absence means more minutes will be available to fellow reserves Isaiah Joe and Cason Wallace. The latter offers a higher ceiling, especially in category leagues.
  • OKC Center-Forward #55
Isaiah Hartenstein (calf) is out for Wednesday’s game against the Bucks.
Hartenstein has not appeared in a game since December 28, and it’s unknown when he’ll be healthy enough to return. Jaylin Williams entered the starting lineup for Monday’s win over the Cavaliers, due mainly to the matchup. Aaron Wiggins is a more secure streaming option while Hartenstein remains out.
  • MIL Center-Forward #3
Myles Turner (ankle) is questionable for Wednesday’s game against the Thunder.
Turner is dealing with a left ankle sprain, according to the injury report. His status is up in the air for Wednesday’s game against the Thunder given his questionable designation. Bobby Portis and Jericho Sims would be candidates to fill in at the center position if Turner is ultimately ruled out with Portis as the preferred fantasy option.
  • MIL Guard-Forward #7
Kevin Porter Jr. (oblique) is questionable for Wednesday’s game against the Thunder.
Porter, who came off the bench in Monday’s win over the Hawks, is dealing with a strained oblique muscle. Gary Trent Jr. could be moved into the rotation after picking up a DNP-CD the last time out, but he would not be worth the streaming risk.
  • PHX Center #15
Mark Williams (knee) is available for Tuesday’s game against the 76ers.
After playing 29 minutes in Monday’s win over the Nets, Williams is good to go for Tuesday night. His availability limits the fantasy impact of Oso Ighodaro, whose bench role makes him a player not worth rostering in redraft leagues.
  • CLE Guard #5
Sam Merrill (hand) is out for Wednesday’s game against the Hornets.
Merrill is set to miss his third game in a row after injuring his right hand last week against the 76ers. De’Andre Hunter will figure more prominently with the Cavaliers’ second unit while Merrill remains out, though he’s not nearly as enticing a fantasy option as he was last season.
  • BOS Forward #8
Josh Minott (ankle) is out for Wednesday’s game against the Pacers.
Minott’s continued absence will not affect fantasy basketball, as he had fallen out of the Celtics’ rotation even before his ankle injury. Sam Hauser is the current starting power forward, with Jordan Walsh and Hugo González providing depth off the bench.
  • CHA Forward #31
Tidjane Salaün (Achilles) is probable for Wednesday’s game against the Cavaliers.
Salaün is on track to be available for Wednesday’s game, but he has not been productive enough to have an impact on fantasy basketball. And with Grant Williams (knee) available, Salaün could potentially be out of the rotation entirely.
